NACs employee Warren called me after my car accident to inform me of my options after my car accident that I wasnt at fault for. It had already been unpleasant speaking with the other parties insurance to recieve any information on what was happeningwith my claim and I was getting worried. Warren called the other parties insurance to make sure that I was covered to get a rental and send my car to NACs body shop because they werent being forth coming with me, as far as information. My vehicle hasnt been repaired yet, they will be towing tonight. But as far as customer service went, him and the Owner Neil have been exceptional in this worrisome time. Will update once my car has been repaired.

Got into an accident and they wanted to fix my car. They were friendly at first. They told us our car would be done by a certain date, they had JUST started tearing it apart. They stated they needed to send a second supplement to our insurance. They told me they would do it that day. They didnt. A week later when the supplement and everything finally went to my insurance, the insurance totaled the car so they wasted a month of my time. Then I went to go collect my belongings from the car and one of their employees had stolen 2 ipods out of my car. DO NOT GO TO THIS PALCE! They are rude and unprofessional and waste time to get more money!!!!

I took my 2010 Camaro SS as Some A**h*le Keyed my car on the Hood and the bumper , Unfortunately its a black car it looked pretty bad on it ... I went all around the South Columbus Area to find body shop which can fix it without repainting the whole hood and ripping the SS Rally stripes off ... Finally I reached NAC and Neil the Owner and Technician , He did a great job in fixing the issue and reduced the damage which was Ugly to almost unnoticeable . I will be back next summer for Entire front end Repaint as Adviced by Neil . Thanks A Happy Customer

I got in my first car accident out of my 30 years of living this place is a very wonderful place they walk me through every step that I had to take to make sure my car sucessful to the max. Worst place please guys never take this place they took like 5-6 months to repair my car and still not done yet. They have no any idea of mechanic. Dont worry about deductible or any facility that provide by NAC. All team work there behave politely and try to be honest but later on they will show their real behavior. Now they had another shop at 2757 south high street .please guys never fall on their words and disaster your car. There was lot of other body shop. Ashley and Neil they were really worst ppl that I ever seen in my life

I received a call from Warren after an accident. He was very friendly. I took my car to NAC because they offered me the deductible for letting them fix my car. I tried to remain professional, but I was very irritated with the whole process. They had my car for almost 2 months! And now it is at a dealer to fix what they didnt. Again, the staff was friendly, but friendly hasnt put me back in my vehicle. If you have a newer car, go some place else.

I have to say, Eric is the best ever. My insurance company kept telling me i had to go to certain shop in order to have my car repaired. Its the holiday season i didnt have $500 bucks for a deductible. They waved the cost of the deductible and gave me a free rental car to drive. Repair work looks great thanks Eric Moore, and the rest of the staff.

I just want to thank the whole staff at NAC Auto Body I never been in a car accident before and they gave me all the knowledge I needed to know about the process very professional, my car looks brand new and they also went above and beyond to get my custom lights. Definitely would recommend them for future body work.
