I bought my car a 2009 malibu ltz in 2010 from this place , it was a used car, and was supposed to be a certified vehicle passing all regulation test. I was talked into a extended warranty due to the fact me car was used and had 26,400 miles on it at time i bought it on 6-30-2010 . The car was originally bought on 12-8-2008 , when i got it the car was over 2 yrs old and still had factory bumper to bumper which covered every thing on my car intel 12-8-2011 , i was sold an extended warranty through coastgard coverage is 5 yr 100,000 mile that was supposed to cover me used car as soon as my bumper to bumper factory warranty was over , so my car was supposed to be covered through my extended warranty inte 2016 or 100,000 miles what ever came first i also was charged $1073 for the coastgard warranty with in tress as of today it coast me 1500 l brakes down 2 days ago try to get my car fixed to find out my is out of warranty since 12-8-2013 , so i call coastgard to ask what has happened they tell me couglin of circeville back dated my car to 12-8-2008 so i lost out on almost 3 yrs of there coverage due to him doing that , told them i never agreed to that i was supposed to be covered intel 2016 so i got 2 yrs extended warranty which expired as of 12-8-2013 , so this place lied to me about my warranty , which is theft by deception ! so they tell me theres nothitng they can do i have to call the place i got me car from, so i did and got a hold of jim who i bought the car from about what was going on he told me theres nothing there gonna do about what happen so i got a hold of Matt his boss who also told me there not going to do anything about them stealing my money , i am now filed charges against them with the attorney general of Ohio and the better business bureau , so now my car is broke down missed 3 days of work and im stuck fixing my car myself 1,200 when i was supposed to be covered by my warranty , dont go to this place !

Cindy Smith was very professional in helping my fiancée get the car she needed as a single mother of six beautiful and at times very energetic children. Even though I live in Texas and travel weekly on business, both Cindy and Jim were able to deal with my travel schedule. As an example, Jim Buchanan had to repeatedly send all of the necessary paperwork for my signature to several different locations because of my travel. Thanks to both of them, I was able to get my fiancée in an exceptionally safe 8 passenger Chevy Traverse AWD at a fair price with reasonable financing. Even through I am sure that the logistics of working around the needs of a busy mother with six young children and my travel schedule was not easy for either Cindy or Jim, they were always very professional. Thanks again for making it all happen for me and my soon to be new family.

We bought a 2015 Ford 250 from our favorite salesman, Brent Hudnall. Brent pointed out a rough place on the hood and said to bring it back in when it was convenient. We made arrangements to have this done while we were out of town for a week. We arrived home from our trip, called to see when we could pick up our truck. We were told that the body shop manager would call us back. He never did. After repeated calls on Wednesday, and contacting our salesperson, we received a call on Thursday saying the truck would be ready about 4:30!!! Come on, Coughlin, you had our truck for 10 days! What a disappointment and inconvenience! Thank goodness for Brent Hudnalls intervention! This was a job that required painting a new hood and installing it. Theres no excuse for it not being done. The body shop obviously didnt start on it until we were back in town.

I was coming home from a conference in Columbus when my tire pressure indicator started letting me know that my tire pressure was dangerously low. I stopped at a gas station to check the tire pressure but it read what it was supposed to so I continued home. The indicator continued to show my tire pressure was dropping so I decided to stop in at the Service Department at Coughlin. They got me in without an appointment. They discovered that my sensors werent reading the right tire and it was actually a different tire that was losing pressure. They corrected that issue and then looked at the tire itself to see what was wrong. They discovered a large piece of metal in the middle of my tire that I had picked up on the Columbus highways. They removed it and patched the hole. I am very grateful that they were able to help me on such short notice.

I made a deal with their GM store in Circleville on a Thursday to purchase a 2013 Used Sierra. Chuck Rogers, played games with me for 5 days. Everyday I asked him for a bill of sale, and he would always say he is going to send it. Finally on Tuesday afternoon he responds to another request of mine to fax bill of sale with: "When I arrived at Circleville dealership yesterday evening, they were working a deal on the truck. Truck was delivered last night. Hope this does not cause any undue hardship. Could not turn down a $3,600 gross" I know a $60,000 truck is not sold and delivered in the same night. Do not deal with this dealership. Cindy Smith was my sales rep.

Initially based on an excellent price, I took a gamble driving 200 miles from Indianapolis to purchase my new Ford Mustang from Coughlin Circleville. Would they keep their promise? Would they try and load me up with other expensive options I didnt want? While they did offer me a number of useful options, there was no uncomfotable pressure. These guys are what I hoped they would be! Completely upfront and no surprises - my salesperson (Jim Carter) made the process as smooth and easy as can be. Although I have only had the car for less than a week, my experience with Jim Carter, Mark Hixon, and the rest of Coughlin Circleville has left me completely satisfied.

I recently purchased a vehicle from the Circleville GM location and couldnt be happier with my new vehicle. Unfortunately, I ran into a communication issue regarding my purchase agreement shortly after my purchase that could have easily left me with a sour experience. Thankfully, the Coughlin Automotive Group reacted promptly and professionally after I brought it to their attention. They turned a possible negative experience into a positive one and even went above and beyond to get me better terms on my loan. After getting the problem resolved, I would honestly recommend Coughlin to any friend or family member.

Went into Coughlin of Circleville today to test drive a 2015 Chevrolet Trax. Went in a few months ago to test drive a Terrain. Had the most wonderful salesman ever. Went a few weeks ago to look at a car at another dealership. Decided that day that I would go back to Coughlin to buy because of the awesome service I received that day I went to just test drive a car. Fred is an amazing saleman. Got my car today and love it. Thank you so much for being so helpful and patient. My service will come back to this dealership for life now.
