Took my car here since it was close and was approved by my insurance company to repair a transmission that was blown out by a pothole. This company took over a week to estimate and quote it out after flagging my insurance company saying I made it up. I would DIE before coming back to this shop or deal with those employees. The girl, Ashley who was working with me was also incompetent because she never got back to us and was never able to answer any of our questions. She just called and left me a voicemail that she just finished the quote today 9/7/16. The insurance company said it was quoted and approved already 9/2/16. We were getting two different versions of the story. I would go less then 1 star but it wont allow. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE Edit 9/19/16 Two men came up to my work to "drop off " my car (found out that they should never have done it as it is a liability) and threatened to tell my boss if I didnt take this review down. I told them they were complete POS and they promised they were going to do something to me. Erick is one of the men and some kid with a beard driving a subaru. They took personal shots at me saying things like "I am poor" and I was "scamming insurance" . I have never been so blown away and disrespected by a service company in my life. The owner can call me or anybody else who wants a review about these frauds. 9/20/16 - The police department has been contacted about harassment at my place of work. The insurance company is opening up a case to investigate and were appalled at what had happened. This was the MANAGER OF GERBERS WHO CAME UP TO MY WORK. THE MANAGER. I am embarrassed for the company, but I guess thats why they got taken over once. The owner has never contacted me after I left my # and probably never will. The fact that his manager came up to my work says everything. 9/21/16- Got a dead battery at my work bc they left the battery on too many times during the 3 week repair period. Insurance will reimburse. The owner never called back either.

Great experience with this shop! They did a spectacular job with my vehicle after I got rear ended. Nicole at the front desk was very helpful with scheduling everything. She was very courteous and professional. Jerry, my service advisor, made sure I understood everything that was happening and what type of repairs were being done. While I was out of town he was just a phone call away if I had any questions, and he was always on top of giving me updates throughout the whole process. In no time, they were able to get me back on the road. The staff and their outstanding customer service has very well exceeded my expectations. Thank you guys for the awesome experience!

This place is fantastic. The staff are friendly and they provide excellent, very detailed communication throughout every stage of your vehicle repair. Additionally, the quality of their work is quite impressive. My wifes vehicle was finished well ahead of schedule and to a higher standard than I was expecting. Additionally, they even did a good job of cleaning and detailing the car, both inside and out. They exceeded all of my expectations and I can honestly say that I have never has this great of an experience at any other repair facility. I hope I dont need them again, but if one of my vehicles requires collision repair, this is the place Im going for sure.

My family and I have taken our cars here many times, and I am blown away by the work every time. I have tried other places (I moved away for a bit) and nobody compares. They do an awesome job, keep you up to date, finish quickly, have reasonable prices, and guarantee their work. The last time I took my car there they greeted me by name, they set up my rental car for me, finished 5 days early, and even fixed a chip in my paint that wasnt from the accident for free! I wouldnt take my car anywhere else and highly recommend this shop.

Amazing Service as usual Gerber will and always be my shop to go to for any of my collision/paint/glass Repair.. Andy S. is one of the most freindly and helpfull people i have ever met and im glad to have him as my adjuster. He always goes above and beyond to make sure your vehicle comes out looking amazing.. Also all the girls at the front desk are great they always have a smile on there face and treat you with the upmost respect.. If i could give 10 stars i would without a doubt. From the beginning to the end the customer service was top notch...they were very courteous and everything was fully explained! I highly recommend this place....my car looks amazing...better than I had hoped for!! Erik Bialkowski was my Damage Evaluator and all I can say is your parents must be pretty proud of the young man you are...you rock!!! All around great experience...thanks guys for everything!!

Nicole sounds like shes reading from a card Wanted me to bring my car in two different times before I could leave it with Im hungry Nicole tried to convince me that if I brought my car in on a Saturday it would take longer to repair than if I brought it in on a Monday With help like this autonomous cars cant come soon enough so we dont have to deal with shops like this anymore

I dont know what the person above is talking about! The customer service at this place was incredible! My estimator fully explained the repairs that were to be done on my vehicle, kept me informed AND I watched my repairs online! Everyone had smiles on their faces and treated me with empathy after being all shook up after my car accident! Recommend this place 100%

I have taken 2 vehicles here for repair in the past year. The staff is amazing and they keep you informed throughout the entire process. They handled all the dealings with USAA, so I didnt have to. The work they did was awesome. Both our trucks came back looking like new. I would highly recommend this collision shop to anyone with insurance work.

The wrong attachments were used for the hitch cover on my year old Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. Instead of the thumb screws I was left in the rain trying to get off rusty old fender bolts with needle nose pliers and a wrench. Called to ask about it was on hold 30 minutes then transferred to a non working voice mail. Time to call Ameriprise.

Absolutely terribe service. Had to wait almost 1 hour for a simple fender bender, and they were not even busy. I left their with no paper with any estimate. They guy said he would email me. Ive called 3 different times waiting patiently and still no email.

Atleast they were close to my home. They kept the car longer, our rear light was broken when we picked up the car. Not sure but having problem with radiator after they say we only needed a mount repaired after accident.
