I was quite impressed with the Germain Collision Center. My husband had just bought a brand new car and was rear ended a few months later. The other driver was going slow, but due to its size the damage to our car was sickening. It was borderline totaled. We fought with the insurance company for nearly a month while the car sat in our garage and we paid out of pocket for rental car. Apparently the other driver was in a rental with additional insurance and neither the rental or her regular insurance felt responsible.Finally we decided to just fix the car and let the insurance fight it out with out us. We contacted the dealer we bought the car from and they told us to call Germain Collision Center. After calling, they sent a tow truck and basically took over with the insurance. We had to do nothing. I dont know what they did or how they did it, but that week the insurance companies decided who would pay for what and sent us reimbursement for our rental car and everything. I wish I would have called them the day he was in the accident. It would have saved us a major headache. We gave them quite a handful to work on. They actually had to un-weld the back quarter panels from the car and replace most of trunk. Normally that kind of work destroys cars because most people do not know how to do it properly. I was nervous getting this car fixed. It was in my head it would come back and be structurally unstable and couldnt have been more wrong. They did an amazing job. The structure is sound and you cant tell it was wreaked when looking or when driving. I cant even see where they blended the paint and I have a fine eye for color detail. Like other reviewers have posted, they did have the car for a long time. Somewhere between 2-3 months for us. Maybe it is because we had a free rental car, but I did not see the long wait as a bad thing. I wanted that car done to perfection and perfection takes time. Fixing a car is not something that shouldnt be rushed. I have had such bad experiences every place I have ever gone except here. I will be a returning customer. Thank you for your hard work Germain Collision Center, its been a few months and everything is still as smooth as it left your shop!

I would have given this place two stars because the staff was very friendly, but I want to emphasize that I do not recommend this place for repairs at all. I took my car in a little over a year ago to fix my drivers side door since it was hit in a parking lot. They have me a repair time of one week, but without notice or updates extended the repair time to two weeks when I called in to see if my car was ready for pick up. All the while I had to pay for a rental. When I got the car back I noticed an imperfection in the paint job, that the door rattled a bit when I closed it, and that they broke the trim on the inside. This was a car that was under two years old. I didnt take it back in because I did not have the time to have them repair it again. I wouldnt recommend this shop.

My experience with Germain Collision Center was great! Although the work did take about 1 week longer (15 vs 10 days) than they originally anticipated during the estimate, once the staff found out that Ford was being slow getting in the trunk lid in, they apologized and gave me a more accurate estimated time frame, which was completed faster than what they had thought. During this process ($4600 work in repair after being rear-ended in an accident), they kept me diligently updated on the cars status and were incredibly nice and fair. Their repair work was superb and the car does not even look like it had any work done.

Took my car here after I had some minor scratches on my hood. Im sure this place is great for major damage, but not for things like this. They wanted to repair and inspect my headlamps, repair the bumper and fender that I said didnt need anything, and it would all take 5 days. Like I said it was just some minor scuffs that I wanted advice on. Ended up just buying a cheap repair scrub for it and it looks like brand new. $1000 for something that could cost $12.00.

We couldnt be happier with the service here. My mother-in-law was in an accident, and needed her car repaired. Soon after she became quite ill and could not handle getting everything taken care of on her own. Germain worked with us not only to initiate the repair through her insurance, but also to get the car back to her home, as family was out of town and unable to facilitate it ourselves. I keep posting this, any it keeps getting removed, but that wont stop me from continuing to repost it. The work was certainly decent, but the staff was dishonest and condescending, they treated me like I was stupid. They told me there competition was crooks, and the work took almost twice as long as they had promised. I would guess the positive review was written by an employee, as it does not sound like what i experienced. Do not take your car here.

The paint on my Honda Civic was fading away and after discovering it was still under warranty, I decided to take it in to Germain Collision Center. They inspected the paint, sent pictures to Honda and agreed to repaint my car for free. I had my car back in two weeks from a complete paint job and it looks GREAT!!!! They truly did a fantastic job and they were very pleasant to work with. THANK YOU GERMAIN COLLISION!!!

Ive had 4 or 5 cars repaired here over the years and have had a good experience each time. Im about to take another car in for a minor accident. Im very particular on wanting it to look as it did before the accident and they work with me if I have any criticism. Mike is very thorough and does good job. Every insurance company Ive had has worked well with them as well.

I have had nothing but trouble from the day they received my car. They are slow, they contradicted themselves and now seven months later my car is still not repaired and some how I am responsible for the problems according to Germain. I would not let them work on my childs pedal car, the work would be incomplete, overpriced and delayed.

Dont take your car there. THE worst body shop I ever dealt with. They try up-sell you on things the car doesnt need. Im sure a lot of ppl accept it not knowing better. If I can 0 stars I would. They had my car for 3 months for no reason other than to get more money from me & my insurance company. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE.
