I had my Chevrolet Silverado repaired at this facility after being rear ended. The owner of this shop is super nice, helpful and very professional. Twisted Metal keeps you up to date of all changes during the repair process and expected completion time. I was really concerned about the damage and the shop provided repairs that make it look like the damage portion is straight from the factory. Upon completion my truck was returned totally washed and cleaned (totally unexpected!!). I would recommend this shop to anyone! The owner clearly understands the insurance company game and works within their boundaries but does not sacrifice quality to receive insurance clients! AWESOME SHOP!!! Going to talk to them about work on my wifes classic CJ7 as well.

I was hit by a drunk driver on the way home from work in my 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe. After working with insurance I decided to pick my own repair shop. After some research I found Twisted Metal and decided to try it. Johnny did a great job making sure the parts used were of the best quality. Since my vehicle was not new, the insurance company insisted on used replacement parts. The bad parts were refused if damaged by Twisted Metal. The finished product looked excellent. All the lines matched, paint matched. They worked with the insurance company and kept me informed of the repair status. I would highly recommend Twisted Metal.

Johnny and the staff were all wonderful to work with! This place is the real deal-they got brand new parts for my van instead of getting parts that had been refurbished and still got it covered by the insurance carrier. Because Johnny is such a stand up guy, and he knew I wanted my van back by a certain date, he absorbed my deductible only because he hadnt been able to clean my van by the time I needed it ready. (low deductible-but coming from a single mom, every little bit helps!) He is genuine and caring and simply wonderful! I will always send business his way! You cant beat his service and his loyalty to customers.

Its nice to find an honest body shop owner whose primary goal is to fix your car to new condition! Johnny was easy to work with, honest and worked with the insurance company to fix my rear bumper that was rear ended. He was able to see my car the day I called and give me a timely estimate by email that same day. He advocated for me with the insurance company and finished my car in less time than expected! I was able to schedule my car to get fixed in a week and it was done in 3 days. I definitely recommend this local shop. Great to work with!

Twisted Metal took care of my little fender bender very quickly. The car actually looks better than it did when I bought it. The staff was very professional with keeping me up to date about the turnaround time and dealt directly with the insurance company for most of it, so i didnt have to deal with it. If another sign jumps in front of my car again, I will definitely take it back to Johnny and his staff.

Amazing! Most reasonable estimate I received and the work is impeccable. Fixed the rust hole that was the reason I took it in and touched up a few other nicks and dings for no extra charge. Reliable- the car was ready when they said it would be and Johnny was great to deal with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! My car is a 1998 C230 and looks brand new now. And it was spotless inside and out when it was returned to me!
