Ive been here multiple times to get an estimate for repairs on my vehicle and other family members have used this location for the same thing. First time I brought my car here they said they would replace a VIN number that wasnt on the car, and forgot to do that and the next time I brought my car in the guy who said he would take care of it was very demeaning and asked why I didnt have the VIN number that he was supposed to take care of. My mother has also brought a vehicle here for repairs and she asked about a problem with her sunroof after an accident and one of the ladies acted as if we were trying to commit insurance fraud.. nice. The most recent visit to Gerber was the last. Robert "Bob" Berry took little time to assess the damage on my car and was extremely rude throughout the entire experience. He asked what my claim number was and I forgot it at home, he replied in an extremely rude tone "Well you might want to get on the phone and call someone then" good way to handle business Bob. After noticing he missed an entire portion of my car that shouldve been included in the estimate I had him go back out and recheck what his findings were, I went out with him and pointed out all the areas that were damaged and after a few times of beating around the bush he eventually just stormed off and said "Well we will figure it out" while walking away from me and back into his office. I immediately left and took my car to three C body shop and havent been happier with my decision. This Gerber location is a disaster, very unprofessional and I would not reccomend anyone take their vehicle here for repairs.

My window was shattered, and I needed to drop it off somewhere to get it fixed. I wasnt able to drop my car off at normal working hours, but the people I talked with were able to arrange a drop off and pickup after hours. They were pleasant and very ready to help my needs. I was able to pick my car up after hours and it was ready to go. Car repairs can be difficult, but Gerber worked with me to get the work done.
