Ive had work done here previously, but was left somewhat dissatisfied with my last visit. My passenger side doors both needed replaced, and now one will not close as easily. When I brought this up over the phone they said that it would be a rather easy fix, but when I returned with my vehicle a different person came out and said that there wasnt anything else they could do after he was able to get it to shut everytime (when using a decent amount of force). I also had tires replaced before taking it in for the repairs, and the tech told me that due to the collision I would need an alignment (at a place that doesnt do alignments, so he wasnt trying to make money off me) - which I brought up several times but ultimately they did not bother fighting the insurance company on my behalf to get that done. I am also surprised that based on how hard the vehicle was hit that they did not find any extra damages beyond what the insurance adjuster was able to issue me. My car now "looks" ok - but I am left feeling like they rushed the details, and werent really working for my best interests.
