They charged me $675 for an overall paint job then after the fact,never told me about the $299 summer paint sale.They had my car for a whole week and when I went to go pick it up, the hood was so messed up. They told me that the hood needed to be stripped so I asked why didnt you guys call me and tell me so you guys could have took care of that problem they said they couldnt have known that the hood would have turned out that way until after painting it he said hell charge an extra $100 just to fix the hood in my opinion privately owned businesses suck the technicians that work at this place do not care about your car all they care about is a paycheck their motto here is just slap some paint on it ,the customer wont be able to tell and if they do will just charge you more money haha Im not saying dont go to Maaco just dont go to this Maaco on Groesbeck Highway and if you do decide to go to the Maaco on Groesbeck Highway tell them the guy with the 95 Chrysler LeBaron sent you.I dont care what color you are who you like and dont like. I pay with green and that should trump all. But to make things worse, He said about a good 4 times,"I think we did a pretty good job". as Im pointing out errors. So at this macco, the customer is wrong.What a Waste of Time and MONEY! Forgot to mention, they also painted over all the side moldings. They didnt feel like masking the moldings so they just painted over them.

In the past I had good experiences with other Maacos. However, the Maaco I usually go to closed so I tried this one. The first time they painted my car they forgot to put most of the parts back on when I picked it up (mirrors, tailgate pieces, etc.). Also the paint had large runs all over the car. They agreed to paint the car again, but I had to sand it all off again. The second paint job left the car with orange peel, runs, and water bubbles. And they didnt even paint the tailgate. Further the employees of the shop and corporate customer service staff were extremely rude. I will never go to this location again and am upset with no resolution.

Horrible attitude dont ever waste youre time here unless u like piss poor customer service and major attitude really stupid on ur part considering Im paying cash and not using my insurance its okay tho someone else will get my business
