I have been bringing my 2005 Jeep Liberty into Automotive Physicians for months now. I must say the service is the best I have ever seen and Doug and his team represent some of the most honest people I have ever meant. I have had many services performed by them but the one that sticks out the most is the great job they did on my front struts. I replaced the struts with Rancho RS9000XLs for better off road performance as recommended by Doug. My Jeep has never ridden smother on or off road thanks to the great job Doug and his crew did. If you need any type of automotive service done these guys will do you right and keep you going! Thank you guys for all of our hard work!

My complaint is the $3000 plus spent on my truck here...the paint is flying off the truck after 3 years, Ive had awful noise in the front end that nobody could find, had to reattach my own head lamps because they didnt, the noise ended up being cab mounts that were never attached after repair. I spent real money for this work. The initial paint was OK, not $3000 by any means, but OK. Now the truck looks like s***. The original 16 year old paint looked better. Poor work, poor repair, I should never have to bring it back to make sure it is assembled correctly. Im disappointed to say the least. Never again, fellas. Good luck out there.

Do not take your car to this shop!! They promised me that the repairs on my car would take 5 days and it took them 10. They take on work that they do not have the ability to complete in a timely manner as promised.. The work man ship is horrible! They couldnt make a straight line with a ruler. The repairs to my car was covered by insurance and did not replace certain parts that they said they would they just screwed the parts together and tried to hide it until I pointed it out and they said " oh well I guess it wasnt on the estimate" .. it was.. basically they frauded my insurance.. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS REPAIR SHOP!!!!

Not all Maacos are created equal. Many have owners who simply bought their way into the franchise with little or no body shop knowledge. This is one of the better ones. Al and Dan, a father and son team, do a great job. Dan has around 15 years of auto body experience and personally inspects every job. They use all machine sanding in the prep work (not all Maccos do) and it shows. Both are friendly and helpful. The paint job did not measure up to a $1200 job, but at 1/6th the price, Im thrilled with how it turned out!

I recently sent in a 2013 Camaro that had rear bumper damage do to a snow plow hitting it. Was told the bumper would be removed and replaced and take 3-4 business days. Not only did they not take the bumper off, when they had called us saying it was done after three days, it was clearly botched up. So they took it back and realised there was internal damage to the bumper. Was told it would be done in 2 days, and its still not done. Didnt care to inform us on the updates. Id suggest looking around before going there.

I called and asked if theyd price match Groesbecks Maaco and they said theyd be happy to talk with me and work it out, saying the price wouldnt be "too far off". Fine with me, Im not looking to get a cheap job, I just want someone who will communicate with me so I made the additional 45 minute drive out to Shelby. The estimate he gave me was well over DOUBLE the original price. Thats just a little far off, dude. If they wanna rip people off thats fine but the way they wasted my time and gas money is just sad.

They sanded and painted my whole car. My faded, peeling 94 Thunderbird costed under $500 back in November. It only took a week! I asked another body shop, they said $1200 was the best they could do! Ha! Looks fantastic, like brand new. The orange peel effect isnt as noticeable as other people say (maybe this shop just does superior work). You cant even tell unless you look at the perfect angle and have a glare from the light. Im 100% satisfied.

They have no idea whats going on with cars, they will take your money and then say its not there problem when you bring it back the next morning with the same issue you brought it in for in the first place! They dont know the difference between a trans and an engine, dont believe anything they tell you. Im not one to complain but Im out a car and thousands of dollars, so Im just trying to warn others of this place.

They did a good job of getting what we needed, The only down side is if you are going to tell anyone a date or time you need to stick to it. Promised Friday but picked up Monday. Besides that the Price & quality is good. Remember give yourself time if you are dropping off any work..I understand things happen but when there is a deadline to meet & promised then stick to it!

have been having vehicles maintained here since they opened. find them very courteous, quality of wok is aone and done on time. estimates of costs are never exceeded and they consistently keep you appraised of status of repairs.

I had to be towed in. So when I saw how clean the waiting room was I was OK. They had my car ready in less than 2hrs. I was very happy with the time I was there and my car is running good.
