If I could give zero stars I would. My uninsured neighbor hit my car and would only bring it here for the repairs. It took 2 full weeks to do what other collision shops said would take 3 days. I was told it would be ready by 10:00 to pick up and waited an hour for it when I showed up at 2:00. There was dust in the paint job, missing trim, clear coat all over the paint, and another piece of trim they broke. Best yet-- they literally tried to steal the floor mats out of my car. They told me I must have forgotten them at home, then miraculously found them in the owners sons car when I insisted they give me the mats back. Im taking it to another shop to fix all of their sloppy work and the broken trim.

All man friendly people excellent service I thought it wasnt no coming back for my car them boys got me back on the road in no time paint job very clean they cleaned the inside I aint never seen my car that clean since I brought it and they showed love at rent a ride rented a car till mine was done good looking norm you the man every time i bring somebody you show me love

AMAZING SERVICE. Norm Took my car in and in 5 minutes I had a quote and it got started on the job. Within 3 days I got my car Back and they gave me a loaner car as well while my car was getting fixed. Thanks SOMERSET!
