Im all for supporting local businesses, especially when I receive OUTSTANDING customer service and Metrotech Collision provides nothing but that. A few weeks back I got into a car accident on my way downtown, damaging my front fender and drivers side door. Instead of towing the car back to a family friends shop the tow service gentleman recommended this place. It was more convenient to keep the car downtown, so after a great first impression I decided to take a chance on these guys. Even though they werent certified through my insurance they still agreed to work with me and waived my deductible. The repair was estimated to take no more than a week. Not only were they VERY efficient in their timing but also complimented me to one of their loaner vehicles at zero charge. They did such an incredible job on the repair, in addition went out of their way to wash the exterior and detail the interior, exceeding all of my expectations. For anyone looking for a well-trusted body shop I highly recommend their services. Theyll take great care of you.

Sam called me from metro tech to let me know that he had my vehicle and he inform me off all the damages and told me i could pick up my vehicle in a week and not to worry about anything. When I picked my truck up a week later I was helped by a mechanic named Myron and he too was also very friendly he got my truck and they had it looking brand new and Myron also came out and looked at my Ford Fusion the windshield has a crack and he told me that they can repair that in a day just let them know whenever I was ready to have it repaired. I must say this establishment was very clean to be a collision shop and everyone was very nice and professional this is a very reasonable reliable repair shop and I really like the way they caters to all of their customers that was in their waiting area every one seemed pleased I know that I was definitely pleased and just overwhelmed I would recommend them to all of Michigan

I have a 2013 Ford Explorer, its got 10000 miles on it. It got stolen and was found ripped apart with a lot of body damages, internal damages, and external damages. I found out about MetroTech online, and toed the Explorer to MetroTech. I was greeted as if I was family, the owner and the employees were extremely professional, detail oriented, honest, and did the Job on TIME and returned the truck looking Brand New. I am a Senior Electrical and Computer Engineer and really take care of my belongings and am detail oriented. This is the first time I dealt with a Collision Shop and mechanic that really treated my belongings as if they were their own, and felt a sense of relief and comfort with someone else working on my vehicle. Thank you very much MetroTech for a amazing Job, I just found my new mechanic and collision shop, I highly recommend MetroTech for any vehicle related issues.

I have to say that hands down Metro Tech Collision is one of THE BEST auto service places that I have ever had an experience with. The staff is friendly, the service is fast, efficient and through. I called the day before I took my car, and the next day they took my car first thing in the morning, took me to work, serviced my car during the day and had it ready to go before 5pm that same afternoon. I was also impressed with the fact that I had taken my car to 3 other service places before to fix a noise coming from my engine and they could not find the issue, but Metro Tech found right it away! I would use them again and again, and also recommend them to anyone in the Detroit Metropolitan area. If I could give them 10 stars I would! They are THAT good!

My air conditioner had no cool air coming out the vents so I took it to the dealership because I had a warranty only to be told that I would have to leave it for a day and if it wasnt covered I would be responsible for the $108 diagnostic fee and I called Sam down at Metrotech and he said bring it in and I did and this is by far the cleanest and professional mechanic shops that o have ever visited. They got me in and out within an hour the waiting room was very clean they had fresh coffee every one one was nice and very friendly any staff that came in the waiting area asked if you were being helped I really recommend this business to anyone with car troubles they get you in and out and they do outstanding work. Im one satisfied happy customer

I had a accident that tore up the left back bumper of my 2009 Mercury Millan. I was sure that I was going to need the entire bumper replaced (sensor and all), from previous quotes I had gotten. They were able to repair my bumper entirely for close to nothing in one day. The shop is spotless clean, and safe, they operate with a high level of professionalism. These guys know their stuff, they are amazing at fixing cars. Highly recommend this place for body work, why waste time and money going anywhere else? James at Metrotech really went above and beyond when I took my truck in to be serviced. Everyone I encountered went out their way to make sure I had been helped and was very professional. They drove me to work in the morning and had my truck ready by the time I got off work. My truck needs some more work done and I will be going back to them when the time comes. I would highly recommend Metrotech to everyone. Thanks guys for taking care of me and not taking advantage of me for being a female and needing assistance with a truck. :0)

I loved the team at Metro Tech. I got into the accident on the Lodge and the tow truck brought my car here. I knew nothing about them, but the team was professional and extremely helpful. When I got my car back from them they had washed it and cleaned the inside- which was a disaster from the accident. I was so happy they did that! I even came back with a small issue and they fixed it free of charge. I will be bringing my car here for any future needs. I HIGHLY recommend the team at Metro Tech Collision!

Best Auto Shop in Michigan. The Customer Service is amazing, the prices are very competitive, the work is very good and professional. They really take care of you like your family. This is by far the Best collision shop I have ever dealt with. They were so nice not to mention they made my car look like brand NEW.They even gave me money to cover my rental car for an extra 2 days when it was not there fault that was car was not ready on time. My insurance adjusters took over a week to come out to authorize the job. I highly recommend MetroTech Collision if you have repair issues. NaTasha Jones
