My insurance company referred me to them, they are unprofessional. They did not complete all of the work they were supposed to before releasing my car. They also lied to the insurance company and told them my car was ready, when in fact it was not. This interfered with my rental. After returning my rental they wanted me to come back and have the work finished, I did not even feel comfortable going to them after such a horrible experience. Mike the manager reassured me my experience would be better and asked me to hold off my survey with the insurance company. He also mentioned giving me a gift certificate. None of that happen, he lied and the service was horrible and it took up my entire day without a rental. Total inconvenience on their behalf. I would not recommend this collision shop.

Their crooks my insurance paid to replace 4 tires they charged tge insurance company over 10,000 and I received dry roit tires that had been sitting and they called it take off tires. I have been having trouble ever since. Took it back the first time they put balance on it but my rotors and brakes were new when I got it back rotors rusted brakes pad bad like they swap them with junk yard parts....sloppy too..cigarettes ash mark on my top interior and scratches on my radio indicator....now my dealership says the belts are shifting in the tires. Im scared to take it back to gerber cause what might happen...plus they send your car somewhere else to be fixed. When you thing their doing the work.

I just wanted to say that Collex has the best service ever!! When you go to Collex Collision you will look at customer service in a whole new way. They go above and beyond and ALWAYS stand by their word.
