One Star If I could pick zero I would.....this place is horrible and I would hate to see anyone get ripped like I did. If they offered a $1000 for a referral I wouldnt give it to my worst enemy.I had my car repaired there Nov. of 2014 now the paint was cool but everything else is crap......mostly the repairs....if you like your car falling apart after you drive away then go here.and theyll probably delete my review but thats ok I have other avenues the word will get out.......I had 7 seven missing screws in my bumper and as I noticed on the BBB complaint site one of their favorite excuses is that you were involved in another accident because you had 3 very small scratches on your car. I dont even care about the screws Ill fix them what my main concern is now is theyre screwing of their customers........MANY good shops will cover your deductible.....but customers please dont go here Im trying to cover your butt.

The staff is fake, They will pretend to help you then ghetto rig your car and call it fixed, I already complained to the better business bureau abou tthem. DONT take your car there. They will rip you off. they charged me 901.00 to replace the head gasket and valve covers on a car that Clintonville auot sales sold me. When I asked them what was wrong with the car I got several different answers. The first time they said its the tranny, the second time nothing was wrong, even though something was very wrong, and the third time they didnt even know... very unprofessional. and they told us to go screw our selves when we complained about their terrible repairs.

This was my first time ever having to get cosmetic repairs done on any car. The team at Complete Autobody and Glass took great care of my car and I! They were knowledgeable, efficient, understanding, professional and just awesome all around. They corresponded with the rental company and the insurance company to walk me through my first claim and repair. "Bae" (my car) looked even more beautiful than the day I got her 2 years ago!! Run away do not go here they did work on my car that was not related to the incident. Also the positive reviews are being written by a guy who works here. Go to the franklin county court records to see lawsuits and the Ohio Attorney Generals Office Consumer complaints section and the better business bureau. There are several complaints about this shop and tax liens under his previous shop Ace Collision Repair. Dont go here!!!

I brought my car in because I was told that I needed struts and shocks by midas. When I got there, you told me I didnt need struts but needed front axels and had a bad tire. Saved me a lot of money. Ive had other service done there.( brakes, rotors etc.... Both of my cars.) Im truly satified with my service. Price is way cheaper and the honesty about my repairs makes me a customer for life. Great job.

Do not get your car fixed here. They send spam text messages to try and scam drivers who have recently been in a car accident. Remember: if it sounds too good to be true, it isnt true. Its a scam, and Im 100% sure they do tons of other messed up stuff too! Dont give this place your money, they need to be shut down.

They definitely know what they are doing at this shop. After a horrible accident in February, they had my Avenger looking like it just came off the assembly line. The staff was super friendly and kept me updated along the way during the repair process.

These mechanics dont fix nothing! My car been here more than 5 times! Everytime they tell me my car is okay and they fixed the problem . Couple days later same problem happens again. It Also takes them a week to fix nothing.
