Over the years we have had our cars fixed 3 times at Hourglass. First 2 times the repair where completed on time and our contact person was responsive and kept us up to date.......I am ranking them as above average but would have ranked them as excellent if this 3rd visit would have gone like the first 2 visits. 3rd time we wound up working with some guy names John and needless to say he never kept us up to date and when we called he was never available. He says delays this time where because of our insurance company not being repsonsive... Insurance company says John was not responsive. based on my experience John was not responsive because he was not responsive to us so why would I think he was with our insurance company. Anyways the do really good work just avoid John. The other 2 people we have worked with in the past at this place where very responsive and I guess spoiled us........If our first 2 visits had not been so positive I would not recomend this place

The estimator Brandon was very rude, gave me an initial estimate and then supplemented and additional 8,000 which tripled the repair costs, a lot of things that were added were pre existing damages in an attempt to rack up more money for the shop. When I asked about the repairs he suspiciously became hostile towards my questions. Trying to make me feel bad for informing him of being incorrect. When I decided to take my car to another shop he informed me he was going to charge me storage fees because he didnt get to repair the vehicle. Charged me 4 labor hours but upon review of the work was clearly overcharged. I paid almost $600 just get my car out of this shop to take it to another. I recommend that if you plan to use this shop, you rethink your decision.

This was my second time going to Hourglass Collision due to car accident. I had gotten rear ended and insurance wouldnt want to pay to fix my damages. I felt like I was alone and being cornered/bullied by the car insurance but Seth fought really hard for me so that I was treated fairly. He was very honest, patient, and understanding of my situation. It took nearly 2.5 months to settle my claim. Of all the car service places Ive been to, Hourglass is ranked #1 in my book and I highly recommend them to everyone. Loved how friendly and helpful they were. Awesome service!!

Good Quality work, but the ppl are crooks and liars, it took them 2 month to fix my car, and every time I called they would say waiting on the insurance, but it was them just not starting on the car. Had to take my car back twice to fix the lock, and the seat belt because they left them uninstalled. Funny part the didnt change the seat belt, but they charged the insurance for a new seat belt. I wouldnt use them again for sure

I need a new rear bumper on a 2015 Altima. Its a standard car needing a standard job. Simply put, they need to take my current bumper off and replace it with a new one. Youd think someone could take down my number, look up what a 2015 Altima bumper costs, calculate labor, and call me back. Too much work for these folks. Going elsewhere.

CROOKS! These guys collude with Geico to total vehicles so they can buy them back, fix for very little and sell for profit. This is fraud and screws the customer! They quoted $11k for my little cousins car (which would total it), I had my uncle take it to A-1 in BA and they fixed it for $5,500...

I WOULD NOT USE THIS PLACE IF IT WAS THE ONLY BODY SHOP IN TULSA!!!! absolutely HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND MY CAR IS STILL NOT FIXED.. Have been going through this for 8 months and Hourglass is horrible
