I wanted to like like Charlie Graham. I gave them every benefit of the doubt. However, being without a car for almost a month at their expense is beyond forgiveness. I went to Charlie Graham with what seemed like an easy fix. My front right strut was broken and they informed me they could have it finished by the end of the day. From there it went downhill. Apparently it takes them until them until the very end of that process to realize that the springs were also broken…how convenient. As a result, they told me they were going to order the springs in; for the meantime they told me theyd at least make my car useable. When I brought the vehicle in it was driving as if I had a pretty severe flat tire and I was essentially driving on the rims. When I received it from Charlie Graham that day in apparently drivable condition it drove the exact same way, possibly worse. I called the next day and the attitude of Tom, the parts manager, was indifferent at best. To my great inconvenience I decided looking for alternative ways to get to work, a fact that Charlie Graham seemed to care less about, while waiting for my springs to come in was the best option. To those who havent tried this, not a fun activity. Especially for an extended period of time. To this point I could overlook all that they did as a result of circumstance. The four weeks it took for my springs to be replaced is another issue entirely. Im not sure how it takes longer than a few days to get a part in. My springs took four weeks. Apparently the first order was lost and Tom didnt feel the need to order a second set until that fact could be confirmed, at which point he didnt even order them with expedited shipping. I called daily and was reassured for three weeks that Tom hoped it would come in that afternoon. I just dont understand how one can be so nonchalant about leaving a customer without a vehicle for such an extended period of time and still have a job. After the springs finally came in, they told me my rear springs needed to be replaced as well. Rather than doing that automatically, since the set of springs comes with all 4 replacements, to appease an angry customer they informed me it would be another $200 to change out that set. Needless to say I am not willing to give any more money to these negligent people. I give them a two-star rating because I think their actual mechanics are very good. It is most unfortunate that the face of the company is someone as careless and untoward as the parts manager, Tom.

It took only 49 hours for them to get rid of a palm-size dent on my trunk, repaint the area and replace a logo. They charged me exactly as much as they had earlier estimated for, not a cent more than that. Actually, when they did the estimate, they were not like some other body shops who would blablabla a lot like "excessive charge may occur on advice" or even have that printed out for various items on the estimate sheet, not to mention C.G asked for 117 bucks less than another leading shop in town in the first place! Also unlike the latter, they didnt take photos until I really dropped my car with them, which was completely comfortable. I felt the body-work-department manager Marc left very nice space for me to consider and decide by his very appropriate wording. There I also sensed his confidence right away. It seemed like he just threw a few glances at my trunk, assured me that it would be definitely below my budget (I was paying for myself due to a high deductible), walked back to the office and gave me the 100% precise estimate. I really love his style,or maybe, the style of shop: simple, quick, clear, self-proven by reasonable price and excellent jobs. They truly know what they are doing and are good at doing it. I used their shuttle service to ride home on the dropping-in day. Roughly 24 hours later, they emailed me for update, a customer-service routine it was, they said. To be more specific, they told me the car had already moved into painting process, and would be ready for pick-up by the next day. They washed my car and cleaned at least two foot-mats at the front seats for me (cant remember what the foot-mats of the backseats were like before so cant say anything about them) When a worker drove my brand-new-like-again car to me, I noticed that he used a plastic cover over my mat in order to avoid any dirt from his shoes. Five-star services. Having an accident sucks but a pleasant experience with a nice body shop helps a lot to recover from the bad mood. I would say I will never need to drop my car with C.G again!!! But I would definitely recommend them to anybody.

I was traveling from Pittsburgh, PA to L.A., and approaching Omaha, when my car started to make a terrible noise. I searched for auto service places in town and I came across Graham Auto Repair. With no other information, I gave them a try. It was 3 oclock in the afternoon, and this delay in my trip was a terrible inconvenience. I was concerned that I wouldnt be able to make it to L.A. for some important business later in the week. After parking, I walked into the office and was greeted by the staff. They were all very pleasant, and immediately took concern over my predicament. The service manager, Tom, was very helpful. He dispatched one of his mechanics to take a look at my car. The problem was immediately diagnosed to be a failed A/C compressor. Tom explained that although he could not get the parts in time to get the job done that afternoon, he did promise to begin work on the car immediately, and could finish it first thing in the morning. In addition, they allowed me to park the UHaul trailer that I was towing in their fenced and locked storage lot. At 9AM the next morning, I got a call from Tom, telling me the car was finished. Thanks to Graham Auto, Im happy to report that I am arriving on-time for my business commitments. With a good air conditioner, too!!! Thanks, everyone!

Took my car here for the first time after it had extensive hail damage. These guys not only got us in quick, but they fixed all of the glass within a couple days so I could get my car back while they scheduled everyone for body damage. For perspective, other shops were quoting 1-2 months wait time to do all the work at once, so being able to get my car back fast in working order was HUGE! Upon return, they did an amazing job on the body too. You wouldnt even know my car looked like Swiss cheese when I brought it in. They also kept me informed the whole time via email and worked with my insurance with no issues, which was great. Will definitely go back and highly recommend.

Ive gone to Firestone since I was 18 and due to some very poor customer service there over the weekend, I ended up at Charlie Grahams. I am now a permanent customer. They have taken excellent care of me and as a previous Google reviewer mentioned, there has been no pressure to add extra things to my car (such as the long Firestone lists pretty much claiming my car needs chemo and shock therapy). They are great with explaining what is wrong and what must be done and are clearly customer-centered: while talking with the receptionist, about 4 other customers walked in who were greeted by name. I strongly recommend this shop.
