Horrible experience!! I took my car in so they could fix the damage to the rear corner panels. they gave me and my Fiancé and amazing deal and told us that deal would only be good if we left our car there that day. after having my car for a week we go to pick it up and the pain job wasnt done right. they had buffed too much on certain area and burned through the actual paint. they said they could get all the imperfections fixed to just bring my car back. we took it back on a Monday and I got told by Cody my car would be ready by Friday. on Wednesday my Fiancé check on the car and they told him they hadnt started on it yet because they had "warranty cars" before my car. but that by Saturday it would be ready. on Saturday we texted to Cody to make sure the car was ready we got told no that they havent even started on the car. when Monday come we call them and tell them we need the car fixed by Wednesday (its been 2 going onto 3 weeks of having to rent a car or car pull) on Wednesday Cody told us the car was in perfect condition ... we go to pick it up and nothing had been fixed everything that was wrong with the car is still the same ... the manager was no where to found. the manager was suppose to contact me Thursday and never did then on Friday I had to call to get ahold of the manager who said he hasnt even seen my car after telling me that it would be ready to be picked up that day, he then tells me "no the car is done but not to my liking." he asked me to let them redo the job they had done. I asked to speak to a regal manager but of Memorial weekend they said he wouldnt be able to get ahold of him until Tuesday. Tuesday I call and the manager tell me his regional manager would like to work on the car again, I told him ABSOLUTELY NOT!! that I needed to speak to this regional manager, after having to call him also he states him manager Evan never ones called him about my situation and asked that I bring my car back in a week for them to take a look at it. I took my car back today and Rick wasnt there but the owner Bill or Bob (the owner) was there took a look at my car and said that the car just needs to be buffed out he asked that I leave him my car. I told him I dont trust them with my car anymore that they I just want my money back he said he couldnt do the whole refund I asked for at least half he said he couldnt do that either. he said the best he could do was $75-$100 mind you this is the owner that says NO paint job is ever perfect but according to his employees the car is in "perfect conditions." if you truly care about you car, time, and professionalism please dont bring your car here. they will tell you what you want to hear just to get you to leave them alone and give them more time to do NOTHING. they get 1 star because 0 isnt an option ...

Manager called me a D-bag, asked me if I wanted to fight in the parking lot and said my car was a piece of s**t because I decided not to have my car painted. Dropped of the car at 5:00 on Tuesday. I primed, sanded and prepped before dropping it off to keep the costs down. All the vehicle needed was masking and spraying and they still tried to charge me $700. I called and said I changed my mind at 4:00 the very next day after we found out that we were pregnant with out 2nd child. We decided that this money would be better spent on our unborn child than on a paint job for our third vehicle. The manager said that they couldnt give me my car back without paying the full price. He said that it was already in the queue and being worked on so I would have to pay the full price to get it back. He said that we had an agreement and that there was nothing he could do about it. I specificially asked what exactly was being worked on? Tape, masking etc... and he wouldnt answer. I said " So you are telling me that I am going to have to pay the full $700 to get my vehicle back because you have put some tape on it?" His response was yes. I showed up 10 minutes later to address the issue with the manager and reach a resolution. He said that it was already in the back being worked on and I would have to pay full price. I asked to see this "agreement" that allow them to keep my vehicle until they received full payment and all it was was a quote that I signed the day before, not a contract. He then asked me if I expected him to just "eat" the time and money that he already had in the vehicle. My reply was "No! just like any other business, figure how much time you have in it, multiply that times your hourly rate, and charge me that". If you have 2 hours in tape and masking, charge me for 2 hours of labor and give me my car. At that point he told me I was a d-bag and that my vehicle was a piece of s**t and he was happy to get it out of his shop. He then threatened to fight me in the parking lot if I wanted to " take it outside". In addition to being a customer I am a Marine, combat veteran (0331) and Purple Heart recipient. I was still a potential/returning customer at this point but there is no way I would ever consider returning to this place after this fiasco. This was the MANAGER!!!! I can only imagine the type of attitude that the regular employees have. This happened on Wednesday Jan 25th 2012. No exaggerations at all. 100% true

Dont waist your time an money I paid for my paint job straight up $750 theyve had my car about 3 weeks saying it would be done 6 days so went to pick it up expecting something nice an decent an It was amature paint job so they keep putting me aside saying it will be ready in a few days Im still waiting they dont care about ppl they just running a line an slapin paint on cars an calling it good.. It shouldnt be like that.. At this point I just want my money back an could care less about that wack paint job.. Well got my car back after so long you would think it would look nice but it doesnt over spray everywhere paint drips an they messed up my wing and just put In my car without telling me they messed it up was a surprise when I found out.. I want money back for that Im telling you Im not making this up thats how unprofessional maaco in tulsa is. I regret going to them I rather have my money back

I took my car in to Maaco in Tulsa at the end of July to get it painted. They gave me an estimate, but told me the soonest I could drop it off would be August 10th. On the morning of the 10th, I dropped it off, and was told it would take 5-7 business days. I called earlier today to see when it would be ready, and they told me it would not be ready until Tuesday of next week. I asked if it had even been started yet, and the man, Tom, told me he would find out, and call me right back. Three hours later, when I had still not received a call back, I called again, and this time was told that my car had not even been started. School starts tomorrow, and I have to have my car by then. Why did I bother making an appointment, if my car would not even be started a week and a half later?
