Biggest joke in the world, Im amazed these places are still in operation. For anyone thinking about using this corporation for employment, dont, just dont. I went in for an "interview" with the Albany, Oregon location, and it turned out to be a complete joke and waste of time. Only the front desk worker was hospitable, their skills assessment test is worthless... Can you spell? Can you do simple math (I mean really simple)? Can you compare lists? Congratulations, you passed their assessment with flying colors, to bad they dont have anything for you, but theyll let you know if something ever comes up.. Basically (not even kidding) just confirmed/reviewed my online profile. Additionally the woman who did my interview acted like she was the most important person in the world, I literally felt like I was back in kindergarten, despite the fact that I have an AA, AS, and working towards a Bachelors in a STEM field. I now sincerely regret giving you guys access to my information, and I shouldve listened to the many negative reviews found online. Again, Dont use this service, save yourself the time and effort.

Thankfully, they hired several additions to their team, including one AMAZING woman named JENNA, and she was so extremely kind, attentive, caring, and professional, and to me, one person one time can change an entire atmosphere in a work zone. They will definitely get you a job. That part they are great for. But helping you keep a job and working with you and being a reasonable company they are not good about. If you need something to get you by they are there for you to use but if you can help it, avoid them. They are hypocrites at its finest. They should take the word professional out of their name.

Its hit and miss when dealing with the Albany office. Ive had 5 star service and I have had 1 star service. Every time I have had dealings with them there is always a new manager and staff. Its like they hire from there own temp employees. There is no consistency in their service. I never see a familiar face.
