Portland HRC Company

Recently we had staffing shortages, so we looked into how to fill that gap. People ready was advertised in our area so we tried them out. We Realized immediately that it was a mistake. They sent us unskilled laborers, people that were under the influence or extremely tired and made our other staff uncomfortable. This went on for about two weeks and we lost multiple contracts. On one occasion, people ready sent us an individual who sexually propositioned a 14-year-old girl of one of our customers and then it appears committed theft of several AC units that were installed on the job site earlier that day. We had a couple of good experiences from this company but generally it was poor and we are frustrated and at a complete loss for why they conduct themselves in this fashion. Our company is been irreparably damaged bye this company and their own ability to provide what they advertise. Word to the wise for any company thinking of using this staffing company, beware it seems they generally do more damage than Good. What surprised me the most was after all this happened they actually sent me a bill and are trying to collect on an invoice owed for this absolutely inappropriate behavior and actions, by their employee. Warning to other business owners beaware.

Why do I apply, call to ask a simple question. Ask what the email was for, because I had completed the application, and was told otherwise by said email. And was spoken to in such a rude and critical way. Just because your lazy, and dont feel like looking on a computer, and waste my time and your companies time with a ton of excuses. Just say you cant. What are you people even doing?

The staff are helpful and informative. As long as you: -Show up to work on time -Do your job to the best of your ability -Are honest about your ability -Are available to work -Dont drink or do drugs on the job -Arent rude or offensive on the job

The office ladies in there are rude and are conceded. They talk down on you and expect a lot of work out of you with little pay. They also get really shity jobs. I highly recommend you gp to the Beaverton branch instead Of hillsboro

Ive been to multiple temp agencies and this place ranks in my top tier for quality and respectful procedures to get into work. You must be fine with long hours and tedious work but its for sure provided

The dispatchers are all nice people and professional. They always got me a job when I needed one. They always paid promptly. This office seems less packed than the Beaverton branch.
