Customer Service, I recently used your Springfield Oregon Branch for laborers. After contacting your branch multiple times I was left with no workers for a five day period. If you do the math that was almost $2000.00 in lost labor and a extreme inconvenience to my company. Due to the oversight of your office staff I lost over $1800.00 on that one project alone from the broken promises of your Springfield Oregon staff. I expect as a business owner that your staff not make empty promises of labor when requested and counted on being there. The only worker that showed on the complete project had no fuel to drive, in which I filled his gas tank with $80.00 in fuel so he could return to work the next day. Needless to say he ended up being a no show as well. I am making it a point to post this information on social media tonight because I feel like your company has cost me way to much money financially on this job as well as caused me to look extremely bad to my customer. I would expect in the future you use this as a coaching opportunity to correct your Springfield Oregon staff as it is not wise to cost small business owners this type of expense in a small metro area.

I applied for labor ready today. I began by taking their computer test. I honestly answered all questions promptly and honestly. I would never steal, I dont use drugs, I would not fake an injury etc. After entering this data on the gadget I was informed that I was not eligible to be hired there and I could not apply there for another year. I am very distraught because I am a honest hard worker and I drove a long way to go to their office since no staff would answer the phone to answer questions. I am heartbroken. And no I dont feel violent for being rejected. Do they only hire violent, drug using, lying and stealing characters or are the questions trick questions that make you think you are saying you dont steal.. but the answer is showing you do.. I dont get it!!!! This is not ok. It is an unfair ruling if you ask me!!

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD!!!!!!people ready if a great company but this branch is a joke!!! Absolutely believe every bad word on here about this branch, their Customer service is HORRIBLE and have a bad reputation with local business! They do not pay daily like one person wrote. The female recepionist is rude hung up the phone on me twice I was only asking why I was not paid and everyone else I worked with was!! So I walked into the office and was rudly given one paper check with half of my hours and told to move aside that I was no longer a Priority to her... RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL BRANCH of this company I would recommend any other people ready but this one. Corporate you need to take control of who is representing your company in this branch!!!!!

Ive never experienced so much unprofessionalism with any other company. I have and will continue to share with every person to avoid this place at all cost. If you want true professionals to help with finding work, I highly suggest signing up with every temporary agency in town except Labor Ready.

The staff gossips about employees the entire time I was there , rude , unprofessional , and terrible human beings working there but they will find you work and they are good at it. Id say last resort at best

I applied and they told me that I have to apply in Roseburg. What is the point of applying there if I live in Eugene Oregon. I cant afford to drive that extra hundred miles to and another hundred miles back.
