One of the most disorganized businesses I have ever worked with. The guy at the front desk was new and the only male there. There was a tension in the air because obviously he needed help and no one was willing to hlep him. I had an appointment the day I showed up and no one knew who I was. After explaining three times I was hired outside of them but was doing my background checks there, the bigger girl in the back far right dest, out of nowhere threw her headset and stomped out of the room! Oh it gets a lot worse.. in order for you to work for theses folks you have to fill out 2, yes 2 hours of paperwork on the computer. I was told that my first endeavor didnt come through. Ok.. this happens. But after another 2 hours of online paper work, multiple copies of my passport, drivers license, diplomas, and a drug test Im told the next day my position was "suspended". Now for the record I received this job offer through friends at a major technology company. So I call them up and to my, and theres, shock the jobs still open and because the kids running this staffing agency dont want to get in trouble for not working they simply lied an have created a headache for my friends and there company. Last thoughts: Do not go here for employment. They do not staff men, they sell your personal information and lie to both their clients ie employees and employers.

If I could give less than one star I would. I started at one of Adeccos contracts with Epiq Systems on 8/1/17, and on the 9th I was offered a better position from Insight Global with Providence, (At the pay I had told Adecco I expected, but they ignored and gave me much less). So, I informed my manager at Epiq, and they congratulated me and were happy for me, and when I tried to contact Adeccos on sight people, NO ONE answered the phone, so I even sent an email, which NO ONE replied to. It is now the 25th, and I am fighting Adecco to pay me for my time at Epiq. They promise to return calls and do not. They keep saying a bunch of different reasons as to why I was not paid which are conflicting, so I still dont know the real reason. This is the most unorganized group of people I have encountered in the business world. I highly suggest not working with them, but going through another agency, like Aerotek, or Insight Global. They will at least finish your paperwork properly when they get you a job somewhere. Once more, I cannot stress this enough. Adeccos people will ignore messages you leave, and will not call you back no matter how often you call or how polite you are. They do not care about you once they are not making money off of you at one of their assignments. (Which they will say is temp-to-hire) but is also a blatant lie.

The Absolute worst.....go to any temp agency but this one. They sent me out on a job without a properly finishing all my hire paperwork I told her I had something on my background Kara sent me out to a job anyway, the job went great I got more and more hours to work for the following week; then Kara doesnt call me at all but emails me email I only check every few days; it is common knowledge people use their telephones. She emailed me said to call her I was at work not accessing me email when I finally was able to get a hold of her she said she had to pull me off the assignment due to my background which she should have squared away prior to sending me on a job. They let me go; about 2 weeks ago and I STILL WAITING ON MY CHECK. By law I should of received it within 48 hours of my discharge. Im so frustrated, then she blatantly lied said she did not have my phone number which is why she would email me; I know it was a lie cause she would corrospond via text and we had spoken on the phone in the beginning. If any companies want to find an employee this isnt it. They didnt follow through prior to sending me on a job leaving the company I worked for more short handed in the end. What they did to me is pretty bad; but it worse to see they leave the companies and clients in a worse position.

YOU DO REALIZE THAT 3 OF THE 5 STAR RATINGS LEFT BY CUSTOMERS ARE ACTUALLY FROM CURRENT EMPLOYEES, NOT CUSTOMERS! dont bother unless you have excellent skills and you are seeking work from an employer they handle. otherwise... just remember they are a business and you are only a commodity. They dont return calls and treat people badly. One woman told me "well you havent worked for a long time so" ...they were offering a swing shift data entry job. I was called in for a different position. The woman did not even know about why i was there. that fell through and I was not called for anything else. even though I expressed interest in 2 other positions. I am not easily marketable, so I am in the reject pile. they sent an automated call and when I called back I was told they were too busy to talk to me and didnt call back.so why did you call me in the first place. they called me for a mail room job, gee i cant work physical labor jobs, which is why i did not apply to that job, but some pushy saleswoman called me. she was rude and had a seriously disappointed voice when i said i could not drop everything to go to the office and tell my life story to these unbonded, unlicenced staffers. they had my information from 2008. WHY IS THAT?

You are a product, not a person Christopher Johnson has had professional communication with myself and team, however he had told us for several months we would be getting a raise. The job description I was given for my job was not accurate. I was also led to believe that IBM was hiring after satisfactory performance. Given Adecco may not have control over these issues I feel like my job to them and the client is a joke. After a year excelling in my job I am now looking elsewhere. The did not address issues I had. The only serious conversation they had with me was a concerned meeting where someone had accidentally bumped me on the stairs and I was herd to remark,"No apology necessary, Im only a temp." Ya, I later had to answer for that joke.

This company is a total scam. A joke. They scheduled an interview with one of the staff, Sarah, who told me to fillout a 100 pages form on their desktop, including my direct deposit information, which I could have done ftom home. This is before they connect me with the prospective employer. The position I applied for is very basic job which requires a high school degree or more. I have a BA Degree. The agency told me theyll reach out to me with results the next week. After waiting two weeks and it hearing from them, I called Sarah, only to be told to wait a couple more days. Again, no follow ups from them. I called again the next week, same response. Ive given up on them and taken other options.
