I hired Laurie to cater my wedding back in May. For the most part, it was fine. My guests seemed pleased with their appetizers and meal, however they did complain they werent happy with how quickly they took the food away. Regardless, I was content with the catering. What caused me to write this negative review was how Laurie reacted AFTER the wedding. One of my guests had called and complained to Laurie about a staff member which wasnt taken well at all. Laurie then proceeded to call my mother yelling and wanted to know who this guest was. My mother (who was not involved with this complaint at all) actually apologized to Laurie and tried to do her best to explain what she thought had happened with this situation. Apparently this wasnt good enough for her. This woman actually DEMANDED a letter of apology from my mother about my guest who was displeased. I could hardly believe it. She was so horribly rude to my mother when she was completely innocent in the entire situation. You would assume she would be thankful enough my mother even apologize not to mention be thankful we spent thousands of dollars on her catering when we could have easily gone elsewhere. It is clear to me based upon my experience and another Google reviewers experience that Laurie has a temper and will go as far as to lash out on her PAYING innocent customer if someone is unhappy. I will never recommend her strictly due to the fact she was so incredibly unprofessional.

I have had nothing but great service from Catering by Laurie. We have used them for our companys holiday luncheon and some other company events every year since 2007 and defiinitely plan to use her again! She has given me honest pricing (sometimes much lower than the competition), great selection of menus to choose from, great food and great service. My staff love seeing the servers who have been there year after year. The food is always amazing. Laurie has been fabulous to work with. She lets me do all of my planning with her via email (because its easier for me and my schedule). In addition, she is very accommodating. Every year I seem to have a new request like more desserts or glutten free options or dairy free options or things like that and they are always willing to accommodate. Our holiday luncheons are set up buffet style with a carving station and serves roughly 150 people over the course of 4 hours. They come in to set up early and bring all the linens and decorations needed to give a great appearance. At the end of the day, they clean up and leave everything as it was. I have used Lauries services for the last I definitely plan to use her services again. My staff and I really enjoy her services.

We called on Laurie just about a month before our holiday party, when many places were already booked up. We had a tight budget and high expectations -- a red carpet/movie theme that we wanted high class food for. After getting several other bids from other caterers, we were worried that our budget was only going to allow us to get food from the Olive Garden, however Laurie worked with us and created a menu that matched our budget and our expectations. Included with the package were two very professional and friendly servers who arrived on time and set up very efficiently. The tables were decorated beautifully, with a holiday theme. The table of tiny desserts was really a lot of fun! The servers were able to get our 100+ guests through the food lines in short order, which as appreciated. We had completely unreasonable requests (such as changing the time of the event just two days before the event) that Laurie was able to accommodate, juggling her other responsibilities for us. In the end, we got great feedback for our event, in part because of Lauries work! Thank you!

My husband and I chose Laurie to cater our wedding on October 5th 2013. After meeting with several caterers, Laurie was our hands down choice to cater our wedding. Laurie’s food was delicious! The quality of the food was exactly what we expected after our fabulous taster. The quantity of the food was beyond what we could expect we had more than enough food to feed all of our guests with enough left over to feed friends and family for several days after. Laurie was easy to work with, responded to all questions that I had within 24 hours. The servers that Laurie provided for our wedding were incredibly kind and attentive. I had nothing to worry about with Laurie catering our wedding. I would highly recommend Laurie to anybody.

Laurie catered a dinner for us for about 100 people. She worked very hard to accommodate our budget as well as some dietary needs. The day of the event she was working hard setting up and her coworkers were awesome. The tables of food, drinks, and desserts looked wonderful and everything tasted amazing. We had plenty of food for everyone. After the event Laurie was right there tearing down and cleaning up. She made it very easy for us! I would highly recommend Catering by Laurie and we plan on using her ourselves again.

Spectacular, fantastic and amazing..were just some of the comments from the ladies that attended the baby shower for my daughter Crystal in Feb. Laurie did an excellent job- not only did everything look wonderful but tasted wonderful. Ifyou are wondering if Laurie can do anything besides weddings the answer is definitely YES! Laurie did a wonderful job at our Senior Banquet. She was professional and friendly. The food was amazing and everything looked beautiful! Laurie was also really accommodating and considerate when it came to our budget. She worked with us to create a menu that fit our needs, but that was also within our budget. We would love to have the opportunity to work with Laurie again. :)

The food and presentation were exquisite! The servers were warm and gracious to all the guests and very aware of the needs. The groom hadnt had a chance to eat, so the caterer, Molly, make him a lovely plate. This catering company is very competent, and we felt well taken care of!

I have visited their kitchen couple times to make repairs. I was impressed how they keep the area very clean. The sanitary is very important as everyone would agree.
