I love chipotle. Unfortunately, I do not love this location, which is sad since it is so close to my house. I have come here on a few occasions and have experienced terrible customer service. Twice from the same employee ( whos name I assume is Emily from my receipts). On the most recent ocassion, she made absolutely no eye contact with me and barely made the effort to meet me halfway when giving and taking back my card, or receipt. The entire time she was taking the payment for my order, she was more involved in a conversation going on around her ( one she was not directly involved in). When she finally *tried* to give me the receipt, she still hadnt turned her head to look at me and , because of this, wasnt holding her hand still enough for me to be able to grab the receipt. When i finally got it, she turned and just glared at me. I waited a second before walking away, confused about why she was treating me this way. She continued to just stand there rudely glaring at me, as though my presence inconvenienced her. No goodbye, no have a nice day. It wasnt busy, there was no line around me, and definitly no need for a weird attitude toward a paying customer. This is unacceptable behavior toward another person, let alone a regular patron.

This the second time I visited this location both timed ordering chicken burrito bowl, the first time i thought wow hardly any chicken but considering it was new I thought no bid deal, toda again hardly any chicken so i brought it home took the bowl apart and weighed my chicken , sure enough barely 2oz, its suppose o be 4 oz, now my bowl was full of rice and beans but I would prefer my chicken, the taste was good but your getting a 2 because you are not being honest on your protein. I have pictures :) I dont think I will go back, dont want to pay $7.50 for a bowl of rice and beans!

Things have improved greatly since the store opened, try it again if you had a bad experience. This is a "go-to" lunch and quick dinner spot. Elegantly simple, minimalist, fresh and somewhat local. Friendly, well trained staff. Rarely out of items. Whole Food Plant Based friendly with lots of meat options. I eat here several times a week. I am really not seeing how Qdoba is getting 4.6 stars to the 4 stars here at Chipotle. It is a little suspect.

I went there with my family over the weekend, and not only was the food AMAZING and DELICIOUS, it was also priced great for the amount of food you get. Our card wasnt working and we didnt have any cash on us and the manager was so kind and gave us our meal on the house. The workers were clean and super friendly and fast working. I will definitely be going back first chance I get! ❤

I love Chipotle and visit them all over. Ive always been happy except for my visit today at the Wilsonville Chipotle. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. The serving size of meat, rice, and beans was extremely small and the chips tasted old. They were a bit chewy. I probably will avoid this location in the future.

This Chipotle offered great service and was prompt. The ingredients were definitely fresh and my meal was put together with care, not stopped together like some other locations. They are a little stingy with the ingredients here which prompts the lower rating, but, the location is definitely good.

The portion sizes are appropriate and the atmosphere is inviting. The staff is friendly and above all the food is really good. The sofritas is great and there are vegetarian options also the salads are good and so are the burritos my son likes the tacos and my wife and I come here I dates.

i was able to order online and pick it up also was able to pay when picked up so i didnt have to worry about putting it on a card. very nice lady working register too... clean friendly and open later than i expected. little high priced but you get a lot of food for the cost.

I had previously given 5 stars, but I tried to go in just now and for the second time in the last week they claimed to be having an outage and had only 2 meats available. The woman had attitude instead of apologizing. Me being a regular customer now comes to an END.

Flavor and quantity is about what you would expect. I just wish those who are on the line were a little more effecient. Sometimes they lose their groove and dont know which is which or what a person ordered.

The best, sometimes the portion is small on the rice and beans on the vegetarian bowl, or tacos we ask them to add more and they do... At least put enough meat on the bottom of the folded taco....
