Im so irritated that I spent about 20 minutes placing an online order for my entire family only to find out once I went in to pick up the order that your store doesnt do online orders!? Maybe you should take down the option then on YOUR website! You wasted a lot of my valuable time! Not only placing the order, but waiting in line at your store, then having to get on my cell phone to call home to get everyones order again! All this and not a SINGLE apology for the inconvenience your website caused, in fact I was treated like an idiot when I told them I was here to pick up an online order, no one even knew what I was talking about! A simple apology and a discount would have saved you some business. Instead, your employees chose to treat me like a fool, youve lost a family of regulars and Ill be telling all my friends about this as well, in total you will lose quite a bit of business for your employees rudeness. I placed the order at 6:37 got there at 6:50 to pick up the order and left the store FINALLY at 7:27, that added to the time it took to place the online order in the first place is OVER AN HOUR for a few sandwiches, absolutely ludicrous.

0, zero, not worth a star, of course I need to put one to post a review. This whole review is only for the oriental gentleman that works there. The other workers are great, friendly, and I feel comfortable to be there and order some food. So like a past review said, yes less meat than normal. Even for vegetables, you ask for example tomatoes and for a footlong he puts 3 slices. You ask for more tomato slices and he puts one more tiny slice from the end of the tomato. Which makes you ask for more tomatoes and to give you the actual slices, but once again he just put one tiny end piece down. Very uncomfortable atmosphere when the oriental gentleman is there, always feeling awkward just to order a sandwich. He doesnt explain things and you sit there staring at him confused, like you are supposed to know what he is talking about. I tried going there a couple of times to still try them out but Im done. I will not go to this subway anymore. I will go to the other one in the downtown area. Hopefully it will be a better experience.

went there with my wife, place was empty for the first few minutes, affter a while three kids walked out front, first was kind of rude but i over looked it. they wer short on ;ham, flatbread, eggs, and had no cookies or chips. not that they were out, they just had to go to the back for most of my sandwich and the flatbread was frozen. I have worked in the fast food indestry so im typicly understanding, but this was a bad experiance.

Wish I had read the reviews before choosing this place for lunch. Terrible customer service even after I disputed the amount they over-charged me...the two teenagers behind the counter basically said "thats the way its going to be." I should have left all the food on the counter and walked out but the girls were hungry and we were out of time.

Contrary to all the other reviews, Ive been going here for almost 5 years now, and have not had any problems with customer service, delays, overcharging, anything. Its a subway: The food is what you expect from a subway. The people have always been polite, sometimes distant, but polite.

Terrible service. The teenager working was a sarcastic jerk to me. I wanted a salad and he just threw everything in a bowl, and acted as if I was taking forever even though it took me maybe 1 minute to tell him what I wanted. Was not happy when I left.

They have finally gotten rid of the old manager and got a new one her name is Dawn and she freaken awesome. Friendly quick and my food was great as well and the customer service.
