This place doesnt know what they r doing. Everytime I go in there I find lots of issues afterwards. Not being faded properly, to blotches in the back not being finished, crooked neck lines, not finishing spots and leaving areas longer than the other. The only thing they can do properly is wash hair, wax brows, and carry a conversation. Im always hearing bad reviews from folks about them. Now dont get me wrong there is only 2 young ladies in there that does there job well.when it comes to cutting and waxing, the rest need to return to beauty college and try again.

i was a walk in , no one behind me , dont know how to explain the service except that , she just wanted to get me in and out fast , kept saying does this look good , does this look good etc etc etc Had to ask her for a mirror to see the back of my head before leaving Both girls seemed to have the same attitude with their customers will not go back there , hair uneven poor cut , just wanted to get out of there. shoddy work the shop in grants pass was much better

i have been to several salons and my hair was colored and cut,they just could not get it right.the smart style located in walmart north bend ore did a fantastic job and they let me try a shampoo and conditioner if i did not like the product i could exchange it within thirty days thank you. 5 stars

I love smart styles in Walmart and Laura is a great at wat she does I have got hair cuts plus my hair dyed I give her five stars I wouldnt go anywhere else except my sister in law at Ds scissors in coos bay
