I brought my girlfriend in here for a haircut, coloring, and wax because she got a new job. It took over 4-hours and when I came to get her I was in shock. The stylist took cigarette breaks when she had bleach in her hair and ignored her complaints of a burning scalp. The stylist proceeded to tell me she had an allergic reaction and would have to come back for the job to be finished. Everyone is allergic to bleach on their skin thats why the boxes say dont get it on your skin and you wear gloves. Duh! The haircut was pretty much non-existent as well. So I ended up paying $130+ for her to get a fried scalp/hair when the point was to make her feel pretty and confident for her new job. The stylist told her she could give her the color she showed in the photo and failed miserably with reckless abandon. I am absolutely outraged! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Will not go here again. I called and attempted to make an appointment for 3:45pm for after work, as I had somewhere to be at 5:00. The woman nicely told me over the phone that, "just to be safe" she made the appointment for 4:00. I agreed. When I got there the place was full, and I was happy to have made an appointment... or so I thought.. I watched two other customers go ahead of me, and at this point it was 4:20. I finally asked what had happened to my appointment at 4:00. Their reply was that "Mike",(someone I didnt make the appointment with) was supposed to cut my hair. I told them I have somewhere to be at 5:00, and then woman behind the counter shrugged her shoulders, said "Sorry!", and headed back to her customer. I would suggest going somewhere else as they DO NOT obviously take appointments seriously.

They got me in shortly after I got there. My stylist (Mirtha) listened to what I said about my hair and offered me options for variations for the cut I wanted. Im always nervous trying new places but I had no problems here. She styled it really cute for me after she was done cutting it too.

Extremely disappointed in this location. Came in at open, only one person in, one other customer and was told I couldnt get a cut until the next day.
