I am very frustrated with this salon. I read these lovely reviews and decided to try them out for a trim. I mentioned that my previous hairstylist had made some weird cuts to my layers and asked if there was a way to fix them without cutting my hair more than an inch. I repeatedly stressed that I did not want her to do anything to it if she felt like she needed to cut a lot off. They look about a half an hour to just look at my hair and "see whats happening". She then spent the next hour telling me how awful my hair had looked and ended up cutting about 2 1/2 inches off. I was so uncomfortable that I had a panic attack in the chair and became nonverbal. The stylist did not seem to notice because she was busy talking to the other stylist about their social life and how horrible I looked when I came in. I spent the rest of the day crying and having recurring anxiety attacks. It might seem silly to become this upset over hair, but when I specifically asked her not to drastically cut my hair, I expected her to respect that. I have waited almost a month to write this review because I wanted to make sure I had a clear view of everything that happened. However, I am still incredibly frustrated and upset that they went against my wishes and did something that has caused me a lot of anxiety and stress. I feel it was unprofessional, insensitive, and frankly a little cruel that she spent most of the time berating me and making me feel ugly. I do not recommend this business at all.

These girls are so great and friendly! Ive been going here for over a year and every 6 weeks I go in for a touch up on my color, they are always polite and friendly and ask me how things are going. She always has new ideas for hair colors and always makes sure I love it when I walk out! I get constant compliments on my hair. Theyve also been life savers and fixed my daughters hair after she cut it all off, they were able to get her in right away even though they had a busy schedule! Im telling you once e you go here youll never want to go anywhere else!! I seriously love these ladies

The women who in this shop listen to clients, work with you, and will suggest cuts and color to have you look your best. They are no nonsense, down to earth, and absolutely lovely. I see Amy, and she has free rein on the colors we use and style and cut ideas. I will go nowhere else.
