Our experience was extremely disheartening with this establishment. This has been our second visit to Great Cuts, and the first visit was very satisfying. My first visit resulted in a trim for my two young daughters at the childs price. The stylist sprayed the girls hair with water, trimmed the ends, and the total price was $28.00 (which did not include the tip). That was VERY reasonable. This first visit took place less than two months ago, so we expected the same outcome this time around. However, that was a FAR cry from what occurred. Both of my daughters had their hair sprayed (with water only), and then they were given a small trim. The total amount was over $50.00!!!! The stylists explained that because their hair was longer, they had to charge an adult price. ???? Isnt a trim a trim regardless of hair length??? They didnt have their hair washed, and the session took a few minutes to slightly trim ONLY the back of their hair. I explained that less than two months ago they had a trim that resulted in a $28.00 payment, and the stylist said, "Im sorry about the mix-up." What???!!! It clearly states that its $14.00 for a childs haircut on the board. She insisted that long hair is more. Its $22.00 more??? I will NEVER visit this facility again, nor will I recommend it to friends, family members, or colleagues. I was highly dissatisfied with our experience, and I feel as though Ive been totally taken advantage of today. :-(

I had a really awful experience not once, but TWICE here. I brought in multiple pictures with the exact cut and color I wanted to make sure they knew what I wanted. I went in with shoulder length hair and really bad, grown out roots. I asked for a medium length A line cut and the woman who cut my hair gave me a crappy, short, same length cut. I paid $22. Then, I asked to have color done to make my roots match my ends. The Mexican stylist didnt do an all over color and instead gave me partial highlights. This resulted in skunk like stripes across the top of my hair (she didnt highlight my sides) and didnt even dye to the root. She gave me a blow dry without telling me she would charge me $20 to do so. I paid $150 out the door and when I got home to look closer I noticed all of these problems. I went back two days later and explained how unhappy I was. Another stylist, Beth, fixed my cut and put more highlights in which didnt look blended at all. When she washed the color out, I requested that she tone my hair (she charged me $35 to apply toner)....my hair turned out hot orange all over, not natural looking at all. I had to pay $70 for her to ruin my hair a second time. The manger does not put an effort forward to mend the damage done by her stylists and although I expressed how unhappy I was, nothing was done. Dont ever go here. Save your money.

Worst haircut experience, my hair was long about 3 inches on top and 8 on the sides, I told the girl an inch off the top and 5 on the sides, she then grabbed the machine and cut my bangs in 2 seconds when I told her an inch off the top. 30 min before they were locking the door because they said they were 10 min past their lunch break and they were cutting everyones hair really fast, I dont understand how if someone says 5 on the sides specifically and then an inch off the top, how that means to you 5 everywhere? I had made a 3:30 pm appointment for my daughter for an updo hairstyle. It was going to be her last Father/Daughter Dance so it was suppose to be special. They told us someone would be right with us. We waited 45 minutes and the hairstylist all had appts and then they kept getting other people. I find that unacceptable. So I want to Thank Great Clips for getting us in right away. My husband is a regular customer at Great cuts he will no longer be. I was going to make an appt for color... that wont be happening!!!
