Absolutely the worst haircut of my life and Ive had a few bad ones over the years. Been there twice now and never again. First time the hair dresser barely spoke English so communication was hard at best. This last time though took the prize. Told the lady what I wanted and she spoke English... #2 sides, thin out a little the top but want left mostly alone. Pretty simple. Should be about a 15 minute cut. This took about 45 minutes. Several times she stopped to check in, couldnt understand that I cant see what she was doing without my glasses on, when I put them on I let her know it was wrong and needing fixing. No idea how she made a bald spot about 3" round on the back of my head but she managed it with a razor with the#2 guard on it. The sides I told her repeatedly I wanted short. Several times she stopped and I pointed out that they werent short. I ended up with a race track around the edges of my head, a huge bald spot on the back of my head, the top cut shorter than I wanted and the rest of the sides were all various lengths with divets and plateaus and stuff driving out all over. During the cut she kept comparing how hard my hair was to cut. Never had anyone else complain. At the end she didnt even offer a mirror to let me see the back and when I got home I saw why. Disgraceful to charge someone for that level of incompetence.

When i came in i said loud and clear "NO SHAMPOO" she ignored it after done with hair cut, didnt even bother cleaning hair out of face and neck. As i came to pay i saw she charge me for shampoo, i confronted her that i said "no shampoo" and she replied your hair was dirty I had to wash it, when intold her i washed that morning!!! Went there pretty often and loved my hair. Now will find a different place.

Provided reference images and description of cut I wanted, ABSOLUTELY DID NOT DELIVER. Not even a good haircut regardless. Rude and pushy when I told my friend to buy products elsewhere for cheaper. Never going back.
