Professional Development Tammi Brannan

I was frustrated by a $45 salon haircut, so I went to Supercuts to see what they could do. I was met by Hannah, a recently appointed Manager. She was already working with someone but instantly called out to me, letting me know she was aware of me and going to work me in as soon as possible. Once I was in her chair, she helped me brainstorm solutions for my disappointing haircut. She came up with a simple, effective idea and implemented it within 10 minutes. I left in less than 30 minutes, with a bill of less than $30, which included a $5 tip and $10 worth of product. Thank you Hannah!

The worst haircut I have ever received in my life. Couldve sworn the lady was blind. Not only did she miss a third of the hair on my head, but was terrible at customer service. Had to go home with scissors and fix the random chunks on my head that had been cut off and blend everything together. Will not only be not going here again, but begging friends and family to never go there.

My son went there and got the haircut he asked! It is the first time he was not disappointed by his haircut (usually he complains that his hairs are cut too short) Since he was happy I thus decided to try, and I am really pleased. The personnel was really nice. I also enjoyed the fact that my haircut was the same price than my son haircut (16.5 $ before tip).

Asked for shoulder length hair and they cut it to nearly my jaw line. Stylist seemed to rush through the haircut even though there was nobody waiting or anything. Not pleased.
