I needed some door trim replaced on my 1997 Geo Metro. I had the pieces, but my regular shop in Cottage Grove was very backed up. I wanted these pieces replaced before the rains started, because there were leaks inside the doors from old, degraded trim. I was able to get an early morning appointment at Freebird. I told them I had another morning appointment in Corvallis. They told me they would put two guys on the job so I could leave there in time. The original estimate was for $90 from the book. When they completed the job they only charged me $50. They cleaned my side mirrors. Best of all, they aligned my side mirrors, perfectly, which I had never been able to do well. The trim is installed great and the leaks have stopped. I was impressed with the clean facilities, bathrooms included. Also, they have an awesome breakroom. A company that treats its employees well will keep good employees. I recommend these guys/gals.

My neighbor backed into my Ford Focus and left some damage on the back left bumper. The paint was pretty scratched but there was no structural damage. The insurance agency recommended Freebird. Not only were the employees friendly, the service was fast. Although it was a minor issue, I never expected to have my car back the next day. My rental car was there waiting for me and when I went to pick up my car, I was able to just leave the rental at Freebird. It was very convenient and stress-free. Sean, who handled my claim explained everything and how the insurance process would work and the receptionist was very friendly! Thanks so much Freebird!

If you love your car this is the shop... Tim has been the best help on my amg e55 i couldnt ask for better service on my Mercedes Benz... when you want your car to come back looking new this is the shop to go to..I have owned over a 100 cars and been to alot of body shops and seen alot of body work done. I even do body work myself I have pulled out alot of dents and fixed alot cars painted alot of cars... and can tell you no one in the area could even come close to the care and craftsmanship of freebird...... my porsche looks like it did when it was new... and it is a 2001 thank you rick five stars all the way

Freebird did not fix my car but not because they didnt want to or would not have done the best job. It was because they knew it was better for us to look for a new vehicle. They evaluated and provided an estimate for repairs but unselfishly provided us with insight and sound advice that was in our best interest not theirs. It is beyond good customer service since we were not necessarily even customers yet. I cant vouch for their work but with customer service like that you cant go wrong.

I recently was in an accident and had to have my front bumper assembly replaced on my Honda CR-V, as well as a few undercarriage components. Freebird came highly recommended to me, and I can clearly see why; they are very friendly, very efficient, and take extra care to provide a good service to their customers. This review is many years late. Back in the day I did not realize how great of a job they did with my M3 until I saw what an average respray looks like. The job they did with paint was completely seamless with the blend of new and old paint. This kind of attention to detail is something special and I remember how proud the owner was with the work. 5 stars, its rare to find this kind of commitment to the customer and car.

After a long hard debate on where to take my show car I chose Freebird Body & Paint. I cannot say enough good things about this shop. Absolutely beautiful paint work, fast turn around, great communication. They might not be the cheapest shop but as far as I can tell, they are the best shop in the corvallis area.
