Id give them 10 stars, if I could!! From out of state, diesel engine went out while hauling a load heading home. The tow truck took my hubby and the truck to ACR while I waited with 2 cooped-up kids in the camper at a gas station. LOL It wasnt that bad because ACR back on the road headed home in a few short hours. This was the best Shop experience weve had in a long time! They could have easily raked us over the coals and gotten us for a lot more money, but the owner did some research on our oil pump and had us fixed up in no time. Best shop experience overall - atmosphere, service, and price. Way to represent for the automotive industry, ACR!!

We had our motorhome towed and they sent us to ACR. What Luck! Joel, the owner checked into our overheating problem personally, got us back on the road (instead of keeping us ther) so we could get home and have itworked on and gave us great advice on what to tell our mechanic. For a bad situation, it could not have worked out better. Wish Joel was here, he would be OUR mechanic!

Rusty and the folks at ACR are the best. The quickly and affordably got our familys TDI back on the road during our recent trip down the coast. Thier customer service was amazing, the diagnosis of the problem was quick and the turn aroind on work was incredible. I wish they we had them as a local shop in Seattle.
