Tetrault Tire Pros is GREAT!!!!! I was in Eureka for 1 day last week on a driving trip with my family. When we checked into our hotel I saw there was a nail in my tire, although the air was not leaking out. I used Google to check out what tire stores were in Eureka and found that Tetrault had good ratings. So I went there first thing in the morning. They took my car right in, put it up on the jack and removed the tire with the nail in it. They patched the tire, remounted it and checked the air in all 4 tires. The whole process took perhaps 20 minutes. When they finished I asked for the bill, and they told me NO CHARGE!!!!!!!!!! I would definitely recommend these guys. They saved my family vacation!

Very helpful and accomidating. I was visiting family from out of town, needed new pads on the front of my truck. After I purchased them I found I did not have one of the tools to do the job myself. Tetrault Tire Pros installed them for me at a very resonable cost and also adjusted my hand break and back breaks at no cost. When I asked why did you do that, The Mechanic said "Because it needed to be done"!! The staff are very nice and work together. I didnt ask but it seems like a close family environment or people who have worked together for a long time.

Ok, here is the just.... tetrault Tire Pros on Broadway or (Highway 101) in Eureka CA, is a good location and is priced according to the California Automotive labor pricing of $85.00 an hour. Although their sign tells you they do brakes, wheel alignment and other automobile repairs the tire shops is it own entity. So after paying the high prices they tell me my tires need a balancing at $8.50 a tire. And I would have to see if they had time to do it. They did good in a pinch, but shop around if you are a local resident.

Brought in rims i bought elsewhere because i was on a budget. Rolled in at 15 min before closing and the put them on, stayed late to get it done and did it right the first time at a fair price. 3 weeks later i roll in with tires i bought elsewhere and same experience. Dropped it off right before closing, they let me leave the tires there so i could get them out of my rig and they were done an hour after opening the following day. No complaints and again a fair price. Pro all the way.

Amazing service.. my tire had a nail in it and when took my tire off to fix it they realized it was run down to much. I asked if they had a used tire I can purchase from them and at the end when they put it on they told me no charge. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks so much guys!

great service there I throughly enjoyed my visit my only complaint is their drive thru car wash does not accept debit/credit cards. I would visit there more often but in order to do so I have to go out of my way to make sure I have cash on hand to pay for my car wash
