Was impressed at first and then they turned right around and had attitude. The rudeness was really unnecessary. Nice at first and then bam! cold shoulder, leave us alone, insults and stabs, "youre an idiot type attitude." First thought it was just the rude receptionist having an attitude problem acting like the queen and just irritated with the world; but then the owner spoke to me and had a similar response. Rude RUDE and more RUDE! Excuse me for just asking a question. So sorry to take up your precious time that you cant even give a potential customer the time of day to answer some questions. Wow, five minutes really is too much to ask for. And thats fine if that truly is the case... but dont be an ass about it and then throw judgement and insults my way. UNACCEPTABLE

Bryan really knows what hes doing! He was able to remedy a tricky turn signal/front grill problem on our car. Great auto repair shop, conveniently located on the main drag in Long Beach. Friendly, very knowledgeable, and he fixed our problem quickly. I highly recommend Auto Body By The Beach!
