Blew a tire on my travel trailer on the drive over, and wanted to replace the full-size spare before driving home instead of chancing the trip without one. The people I dealt with there (presumably the owner and his wife) were quite irritable, rude to me, and constantly bickering with each other. Definitely made my short list of poor customer service experiences. At the time, I wrote it off as a bad day, but reading online reviews, I get the impression this is pretty normal for them. They get some credit because they had the tire I needed, the price was reasonable, and were able to replace the tire on my spare rim and get me out the door in less than 15 minutes even while shorthanded. I could have done a lot worse as far as addressing my tire problem, but dont expect them to treat you like they want your money.

Terrible. Went in just to have my air pressure checked in tires, because low pressure light came on. The Fat man there, not only refused to do so, he didnt even walk outside to do a walk around and look at the tires, he just assumed I had a leaky tire, which I did not. I only wanted him to check the pressure to make sure I had enough. He also gave me a ridiculous story why he wouldnt help me, and used foul language on top of it. My husband was thinking of buy tires from them, but if this is the way they treat potential customers and women that come in for help, forget it, We will take our business elsewhere. I dont recommend them to anyone.

I bought tires for my van from these guys a few years ago, got a screw in the tire this weekend and limped it back to Tire hut to get a patch. That afternoon the van is delivered back to my house (which is close by) I did not expect this level of service, but I sure appreciate it. On other occasions Alex (the owner) has talked me through some issues I was having on the road. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. Hands down recommend them.

Abusive and cruel towards those with mental and developmental disorders. In other words, they made fun of someone with special needs. Not cool dudes.
