North Coast Auto Service, Inc. has delivered, hands down, the best automotive service I have ever received. Time efficient, cost effective, and a stay that will have you feeling like you are at home. Upon entering youre immediately greeted by a gentleman by the name of Rob or a gentlewoman by the name of Valerie. They are both extremely nice and exceptionally helpful. The three automotive technicians there that I have encountered are also remarkably professional. Evan and Bill are two of the most talented mechanics to ever cross my path, but a special shout out to John Horton is necessary. There is not a problem that he (John) cannot solve. During one visit for a regular maintenance, John went above and beyond the call of duty and tended to needs on my vehicle that I wasnt even aware of. North Coast Auto Service, Inc. is the only place that I will take my vehicles.

I took my vehicle in because the driver side window wouldnt roll up or down. It was just stuck. I told the front person I didnt have a lot of money so if I could be quoted before the work was done thatd be helpful. A couple hours later I got a call saying the repair would be over $100. I told them I would have to come back later after I saved up a but, but they told me it would be $50 already for the work they had to do to figure out why the window was broken and so I should just get the window fixed now instead of paying them again. I ended up letting them fix it but it really hurt my budget on that check. They told me to come back in a few days after the window set to let them make sure it was truly fixed, but I didnt trust them not to charge me for that too, so I never went back. The window does work, but I wouldnt recommend them to people who are on a budget

My mother-in-law brought her vehicle here for a new radiator. By the time she was told she could pick up her car they charged her $3000! She had to work out a payment plan. A few weeks later car overheats again! While they said they they had a warranty on part and labor, they refuse to when she brought it back. Now her car is out of commission and shes still making payments!

I broke down on the way to the coast and thankfully was towed to North Coast Auto! I found out I was sold a lemon and my engine was completely shot. The guys at North Coast Auto were so nice; amazing customer service. They helped me anyway they could and the price was fair. My car is doing great and I am so thankful for their help : - )

We came in with a broken tire valve (literally cracked the stem) close to closing, and they took us right in. We got in and out in less an 30 minutes and the price was fair! Plus, its family owned and the owner was nice to talk with while our valve was replaced.
