Hannah was a great with keeping in touch with me about a vehicle I was interested in. Hannah kept in touch with me about a Toyota Highlander I was interested in, but unfortunately when we came up to Newport she was off that day. Hannah kept in touch with us even though we did not like that highlander she gave us other options about other vehicles we might be interested in. In the meantime we did find a Highlander here where we live and had all the options and color we liked and the price was right for us. Hannah had called us after we purchased this to let us know she had sent us info on some other vehicles she found and I explained to her that we had just found a highlander that we really liked and suited our needs, she was very happy for us and said that we would really like the Toyota Highlander and wished us luck and she asked me to fill out the google review and told her I would. Hannah is new to your dealership but I really wanted you to know she was very very helpful to our needs and kept in touch with me about what how she could help. I feel she is a good asset to your company think she went above and beyond to help us. Hannah was great.

Natasha was a dream to work with! She was so receptive to our needs and wants. Took her time showing us plenty of options and walking us through the whole process. She explained everything in a clear concise way and was so personable in her approach. She was real and upfront going through the buying process. There is a lot to know when buying a new car. There was no pressure which I really appreciate. When it was a done deal Bonnie even helped us unload our trade-in. That has never happened before. Bonnie was a great person to deal with. I had wanted to see a silver encore so they brought one in for us to see. We werent planning on buying but after the test drive we decided to go for it. Scheduled oil change was completed quickly at a price lower than oil change specialty shops. Time to completion is longer, but dealer makes sure correct oil, filters etc are installed and team will LQQK for other potential problems oil change specialty shops have no way nor experience to evaluate other areas than oil.
