Dont. Just dont. When our brakes went out, well before the warranty expired, we called them up and they told us to drive down in the morning. So we drive 20 miles away on really bad brakes, and they werent able fit us in, so 20 miles home again on bad brakes. We made an appointment for two days later (not like we need the car or anything) at 8:30 in the morning. He said it would take 2 1/2 hours. We call after 3 hours to find out the wrong part had been delivered and it would be another 2 1/2 hours, and they promise there wont be any problem. (Not they even bothered to call and let us know that the timeline had been doubled.) We wait 3 hours and go down to pick it up. (Should have known better, but we need the vehicle back!) They say its almost done, so we do some grocery shopping and I left my husband at the shop around 4:30. At one point he couldnt find ANYONE in the building or the garage at one point to find out what was going on. It is now 7:12 and they are not still not working on it. Its a brake job, that we had an appointment for and nearly 11 hours later our vehicle is still up on the rack with no tires. No respect to what else we have going on or how their disregard for keeping to their schedule might affect us. Bull54It. The total disregard we were treated with really frightens me about the quality of work they are providing, especially coupled with the fact that they went out so fast in the first place. NOT USING SEARS AUTO AGAIN. Ever.

Do yourself, your car and your wallet a favor and dont go here. Terrible mechanics will leave you with problems you did not arrive with. My negative experience was with a routine oil change. Mechanic must have decided to torque a oil pan bolt with an air wrench. Oil pan bolts should never ever be serviced with anything other than hand tools. Oil is now leaking out of a thread stripped oil pan and might have even lost the bolt and all my oil while going down the road. 400$ to replace the oil pan and lets see if they will fix what they created. I dont think Sears will clean the oil up in my driveway but thats the least of my worries right now.

With reviews like these, glad I looked before taking my car there. Sears Corporate most likely does not know about the Rude fat guy, or else they would intervene. My wife Wrote to Sears Corporate by Letter (so they know were serious, and asked that he be removed from Sears staff. Our Stock Portfolio contains a portion of Sears/Citicorp stock, so we have a duty to see that our investment is protected. Hope we can help the community get better staff in the Sears Bayshore Mall Eureka, Autocenter.

Straight garbage. Made an appointment over the phone for an oil change and tune up. He told me the price of the oil change and told me he would need to look at the car before he could price the tune up. I said no problem. When I showed up for the appointment some fat slob at the desk told me they couldnt do tune ups. I explained that someone had told me they could when I made the appointment. He said "Not possible, wasnt us." Rude af. Guy needs to learn some manners.

These guys didnt even attempt to do a good job for me. I asked for an oil change, coolant change, and transmission fluid change. The large, rude fellow said they needed a special tool to do the transmission fluid which they didnt have, and they replaced my coolant with water, which I found out on my first long road trip. Do yourself a favor and dont let these people touch your vehicle.
