I went to this place to have my rear facing offroad lights fixed and front fog lights rewired. I went in for an estimate and was told the would call me in the next few days... A week passed so I called them and was asked to come in again. So i went in and was assured they would call me shortly with an estimate. After 3 days of no contact I called again to be told they just needed to find the right kind of fog lights to order. Its been 3 days since then and still no call. I wasted a total of 20 days and gas for nothing. Quite rude and complete lack of customer care/service. They NEVER made any effort to contact me, live up to their promises or keep me updated with why they took so long. Today is september 19th and I made cantact for an estimate on august 30th. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

I needed a smog check and could not get in to anyone in Fortuna for a week, called Johnsons and they had me an appointment set for 30 mins. Our as soin ad i could get there...i arrived and they took me in within mins. And completed the smog check very quickly...i was in and out in 20 mins. They really do offer service and the cost was very reasonable.....happy customer...will continue to do business with them in the future... Thanks Johnsons..............

I went to Johnson Auto Electric because they have advanced smog systems that I needed to pass a smog test. When my emissions ran too high, the staff gave me some good advice on ways to bring my emissions down. I was able to pass thanks to their good advice and care, and they even managed to point me in the direction of a near by weight station. I highly recommended them.

Johnson Auto Electric has a Budget moving-truck rental service. The truck we rented was dirty in both the cab and the storage area. By dirty, I mean, littered with garbage. The exterior of the truck had large splashes of mud on it. And we also payed for the use of a trolley which, when we opened the storage area of the truck, wasnt there!

I had been searching for a place open on Saturdays to do a smog check and I finally found this place. I was happy with their service. I made a same day reservation and had both a smog check and oil change done. The receptionist was professional, curteous, and polite. My service took only an hour. Id recommend this place.

Needed a smog test done asap and the job was done in less than 20 minutes. Super fast, convenient, no appointment needed, and they took the truck in right away! It was really helpful because other shops in the area had to make appointments and were so busy. Sometimes we just dont have time for that. Thanks guys!

Everyone is beyond friendly and helpful. They give great advice and explanations on whats going on. Their prices are fair and they dont overcharge on parts like some repair shops. I came here because it was recommended, and I wholeheartedly endorse that recommendation!
