My first experience with this place was horrible!! Dont trust them. I brought my car to this place to have the front brakes done, was told all OEM parts and all that. Well then they also said it took them nearly two hours to fix on my mercedes. Isnt that something you do regularly? Well I can tell you the caliper they put on was definitely not OEM. Its much larger, cheap quality and definitely not what I was told. So one bigger than the others, long term, thanks for the pull to one side or what? To top it all off, they also didnt pack the bushings right so the car made a clunk clunk clunk sound and I had to get it redone elsewhere. So. I went in, was talking to the owner about it and trying to get him to come out and check it out. The receptionist buts in and says she has the receipt and that I have nothing to worry about. Looks and looks and then pulls it out and it doesnt tell me anything, just a chicken scribble receipt they wrote up at some point. So afterwards I ask if the owner will return to talk to me. The receptionist then walked into the back, seemed to be gone way too long for such a small space. Comes back and says he already left. What kind of owner does that? So I come back another time. Ask for the owner. See him, and a young man over the counter says he isnt there. I saw that I just saw him and he says hes not. Dealt with it for a bit and was told to pretty much just deal with it. So I left and figure lesson learned. My first experience really sucked. Comments above must be from family and friends or something cause myself personally this, place reminds me of that old movie called Matilda, ya her dads shop... Exactly. Plz do not go here. This place is untrustworthy and my first experience with them was horrible and you all should know.

Very fair people, courteous, kept me informed of progress being made. Breaking down on 101 on the north coast had me a bit nervous. AAA towed us to the shop. They were kind enough to give us a ride to the airport for a rental. They call me next morning with estmate and when it would be ready. Couldnt be happier with the service. Specialty Foreign Auto is a fine establishment, with exceptional people running it. Thank You again for making our breakdown on vacation a very minimal, and unstressful experience. Very expensive, and unreliable. I brought my vehicle in for overheating: they wanted $280 just for a new radiator, So I brought a new OEM one in, cost only $140. When I picked the vehicle up, they said it was running good and cool, but I overheated on my way home from the shop! Had to get towed and everything! Wasted my money and time, and dangerous too! DONT LET RILEY TOUCH YOUR CAR, wasted my money and caused more damage to my truck!! TERRIBLE shop!
