Is it possible to give 0 stars?? Ive lived here about a year and have never had such trouble with a post office! We get our neighbors mail ALL THE TIME! The worst was today, when a delivery number I had said our WEDDING PHOTOS were delivered this morning. Ive been home all day: no package. I called them and they insisted that the GPS said it was delivered to our front porch and someone must have stollen it (who would steal wedding photos in an orange shutterfly box??). He said that since their GPS said it was delivered, there was nothing they could do and they wouldnt take financial responsibility for it. After I argued with him for a good 10 minutes or more, he got my information and basically hung up on me. He called back 5 minutes later and said the driver remembered it.... and guess what? He delivered it two doors down from us. We barely got a sheepish "sorry" from the guy. So frustrated. At least we got out package.... but Id never trust this post office.

Avoid it, there are better services. I quit using their PO Box service because of their cramming it with spam, and my financial mail and magazines would either endup getting sent back or collecting in the office. Then Id have to take unpaid time off from work to get it, IF, IF it was still there. I have NO way of knowing where all my mail ended up. If you do that in the internet world, its called "denial of service", you get legal penalties and shut down. Not only that, but when I went to phase out this service, I renewed for a final 6-months to cover the types of mail that does NOT forward, and also put in a change-of-address. I "thought" I was covered on both ends of a phase-out. But they closed the PO Box immediately, and, bizarrely, would not reopen the box, or refund any partial money.

At this location I have no issues, however... the mailman will often times shove advertisements into my mailbox, even when the address isnt mine. The other complaint we had a signature required item, and we told them to waive the signature required with the correct form. To this day, the waiver has been sitting in our mailbox for over 3 months. Lastly.. I was yelling at the mail man to talk to him, and he completely ignored me, and drove off... Perhaps they can hire some new drivers that are more attentive to postal mail services.

Have too many issues with rural delivery being an idiot and this office is supposed to take care of that, NOT! Doesnt matter if you complain, they dont have any intention of fixing the problem. Also, the PO stinks like BO so bad I can hardly stand to go in there, this hasnt happened once but several times.

Theyre too lazy to go look for a package and they deliver packages to the wrong address Ive told them before I will pick my packages up at the post office they still do not listen people we need to stand together and start suing the post office for there incompetence and stupidity

Forest Grove is a growing city, and its post office looks like it is left over from the days when it was a small town. It is cute, but crowded, and I imagine that it will probably be replaced in the next decade or so. So enjoy it while touring Forest Groves historic downtown!

Went to pick up a package on Saturday with postage due of $34.00. They said not until Monday! They are holding my package hostage because they cant take cash on Saturday! Honestly, is this world just full of idiots, or lazy people? Way to go Forest Grove Postal Idiots!

Very poor customer service help no help at all actually front desk associate is a complete a**hole Im never using this post office again and would suggest u not to either. They dont care if ur package is lost or stolen if they havnt stolen it them selves

This is interesting. I moved here a little over a year ago, and I have received great service (excellent, really) from the Forest Grove Post Office. The best ever!

Sick of getting wrong mail all the time. IS IT NOT A PREREQUISITE TO BE ABLE TO READ, TO WORK AS A POSTAL DELIVERER. I wonder how much of my mail Im not getting.
