The customer service process is terrible. I am still on hold, listening to a voice tell me how wonderful, fast, and EASY it is to mail a package. Well, I wish they would do more with customer service. I have been on hold for over an hour; got my fridge cleaned, did the dishes, and many other jobs while waiting. I am beginning to think I will never get help, and my package is locked in one of their package boxes and it wont open with the key. This is my second day of this run-a-round, and I will never request a package be delivered by the U.S.P.S EVER!

There are only two people here that are actually nice. The lady with brown hair at the front counter and Patrick in the back with passports. The older lady with gray hair at the front makes me want to stab myself in the eyeball. I have never been talked to so terribly MULTIPLE times. Every time I get her, I dread my visit. There definitely needs to be some retraining and possibly you can contact their mothers for some basic home training that they clearly missed as children.

❌❌❌ Stupid incompetent uneducated postal employees, they need to start going postal on their selfs again. Lazy, I absolutely cannot stand them I will be canceling my PO Box. Your mail or package will be delivered and say delivered on your tracking number but they will not put it in your PO Box and will not go in the back to get it. They wont answer the phone if you call. I hope somebody catches one of them leaving work and slaps the **** out of them. I wouldnt recommend.

The African American lady there yelled at me for half an hour and even while I was talking to the manager about her service she still was giving me a hard time, and the other employee failed to get me my package even with the notice that had arrived from the USPS themselves saying it was there. I will make sure to have another mailing service help me before I try USPS again.

Really bad business, They never answer there phones. Had keys made and they told us they would call. Long story short they never did. We had to guess when they were made and went down there a couple times until we were able to pick them up. On top of that they took our mail from our mailbox and never bothered to mention it so now I have to go back down there again.

There is a reason USPS is losing so much money. I requested and paid for overnight delivery and they delivered the package 2 days late. When I go to the post office to request my refund I am sent to the passport office so now I have to wait for all the passport people to be done. This is not customer service.

Employees here need to learn how to move their butts. You could get way more done by working at a fast pace rather than just putting along like a sloth. Also hours need to be changed so they are open 8 am to 8 pm. That way they can cater to customers who work mid day and need to go in after 5:30.

Never answer the phone, I had an order of live chicks that were all dead.no idea how long they sat back there,one lady said they are sleeping I heard them peeping earlier, so I opened the box ans showed her all the dead chicks. I called multiple times,left messages, never contacted me.

Every time Ive called them they never answer the phone and it goes to their voceimail, where I leave a message with my name, phone number, and very broad times (10 AM - 4:00 PM) to contact me, but they never call back.

This place has become a joke. We need a new "Main Branch" or some one from this one needs to be fired or learn how to do their job. Never return phone calls, and lucky if some one ever even answers the phone.

We have NOT had mail delivered in 10 days. I have called 3 times in 3 days and NO ONE has returned my call. Who oversees the post office I want to file an official complaint!!!!!!

Tried to mail grandbaby clothes out of state. Received the rudest customer service by Ken and another lady. Waited 50 minutes along with many other customers behind me.
