This Carquest Auto Parts is the BEST AUTO SHOP EVER. Our van broke down while on vacation, so we were stranded and all the garages were closed for miles.We got to this store not expecting them to have the part or to be able to help us, but we were pleasantly surprised to find and they had everything we needed to get back on the road! The manager Dave was extremely helpful and unbelievably kind. Dave was very knowledgeable, helped us get everything we needed, and we were back on the road in record time. This Carquest store, the manager Dave, and the kindness of the people of Gold Beach completely saved our vacation.

BEST SHOP AROUND!!!!!!!!! They have gone out of there way for me MANY TIMES!!!!!!!! I love the people whom work there, some days yes they are a little busy, But as soon as its YOUR TURN there right on the job, and take extra time to research hard to find parts like many i have needed for my 1972 bug, BEST SHOP AROUND AND SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF. Thanks again for all your help guys to bad i can only give 5 stars its been 10 star service since day one

Door open, lights on, open sign off during business hours. Went in looking for an alternative to the local NAPA, I found a nice store but left confused and empty handed by inattentive employees and a general feeling that maybe I shouldnt be in the building in the first place.
