Any time Ive called customer service, theyve been very polite and friendly. As an ISP, however, this company is terrible. They are extremely overpriced for the speed and quality you receive - I dont get many actual outages, but random disconnects happen a few times week. I could deal with the occasional disconnect, but the latency is what I have the biggest issue with. I have constant lag spikes that require me to use a VPN. Latency is a DAILY problem that lasts for an hour or more during peak times, making this service all but unusable. Tech support has been less than helpful. The unfortunate thing is that they have a monopoly in many areas, because the larger companies are slow to arrive in rural parts of town. Ive never used their cable television service, so I have no opinion on it; I did have a land line through them for awhile, and it seemed to work fine.

Beeline is a horrible company, from their staff treating you like youre stupid when you call and complain about a problem, to the internet you are paying for (60$ a month for the best, which is horrible, also 15$ more then TimeWarner, for less Internet) not working. We have a daily problem with the Internet they provide us, it cuts in and out constantly, and sometimes doesnt even turn back on until the next day. We are gamers, which uses a lot of Internet, it is understandable that it have some lag with two systems running at the same time, on the same network, yet there are times that we cant even USE it, let alone play together. We are moving out of Madison, JUST to get away from beeline.

Decent customer service and for certain towns that are forever ruined in the internet world thanks to zoning this is the best option for internet. FairPoint is a joke, they offer less speed for more money, leaving BeeLine the only option besides satellite in some areas (thank you zoning! Not...) Also to combat more recent reviews BeeLine actually refunds you for outages even if you didnt know it happened! If you have issues its most likely your router or on your end. Over my 2 years of having BeeLine its only happened twice

Worst cable company I have ever dealt with! When the tech finally showed up all he did was plug equipment in. He entered something into his phone and said, "You can figure out how to hook that up to your Roku, right?" I said yes because I was already late for work and to boot he left the mess. The service is awful and the customer service is even worse. Totally not worth the money no matter what package you get from them! Wish I could give them zero stars!

i have ben a customer for several years and they have always ben on top of any of my problems and have ben very quik to help me..i can remember one time last year one of the techs was on his lunchbreak and saw my ticket come in and he drove strait to my home and got me going again, i say these things in honesty and in no way is anyone paying me to say these good things about them :)

Absolutely terrible company. Too high of a price for too low of an Internet speed, and theyre also super unreliable. One day it will be fine, the next it could be down for hours on end. If you get the chance, definitely go with Fairpoint or TWC.

Just got internet with them and loved the customer service I received. Setting up my appointment took not even 5 minutes and they were in my house 3 days latter setting it up! The tech that came in was awesome!
