TWC is absolutely horrendous with how they handle customer support and troubleshooting. They scheduled a technician to come out to the house to troubleshoot why the cable wouldnt connect, telling us they would be here between 11a and noon. The technician showed up at 2:30p when I was working online from home (oddly enough I work customer support) and started messing with the internet connection and trying to talk to me despite me saying I was logged in to work and on the phone with a customer of my own. Im incredibly disappointed and appalled with this company.

I have had internet and cable through this provider for two and a half years. The internet has been extremely unreliable for the duration of that period and has gotten significantly worse as time progressed. Theyve replaced a faulty modem with no effect still. Customer service has been minimally helpful and as of the last few weeks the internet service has been down all day long every day with occasional bursts of service lasting no more than ten minutes at a time. I would not recommend this provider to anyone, not nearly worth the cost.

I had a spectrum salesman come to my home. He left his number with my wife and said he could save us money on our internet service. I called him and he promised me a great price. All I had to do was go pick up my equipment in Saco. I went after work. 20 miles one way. The guy helping me said that everything the salesman told me was false. I gave him an opportunity to give me a deal. The only thing he could offer me was to increase my fee by $15 a month. What a waste of time!

Worst experience ever. Customer service is a joke and lie to you. Had the new equipment in home for 3 weeks and still cant use it. They are unwilling to help and say that I have to wait another 2 weeks to get it fixed. Oh but wait I still have to pay for the service that I cant use. Not right only cable company in my area and they are the worst. If I didnt have kids I would unplug everything and drop it off and not use anything.

Company is fine, rates are fine. Biggest issue is ignorant customers wasting everyones time in line and paying there bills in store... its 2017 pay online do it any other way but why wait in line? nobody understands the difference between the companys because time warner was providing horrible services at a discount. now that you get better services you have to pay for them.

Wifi never works and they fail to be helpful, not worth the money, but money is all the care about because they eliminate all other options in the area. Wifi is down every 45 mins or so. Always exceed my cell phone data plan because I resort to my cellphone to get homework done due to the fact my laptop runs with wifi, which is limited. If I could give a half a star I would.

I have been a week now without receiving any emails, either on my computer or i phone. Have called support twice in two days and used chat twice and they all tell me they are working on it, no idea how many are impacted and no idea when it will be fixed. Tomorrow I visit local office in person. This sucks, the company is very poor customer service.

If I could give less than one star I would, I have a bad box, and they refuse to do anything about it, it resets itself and when It comes back on everything I have recorded is gone, and everything I have set to record in the future is gone, it has happened several times over the last month... time to take a look at direct tv....

Now that Charter and Spectrum bought Time Warner, this is the first time in decades they they will not lower the OUTRAGEOUS costs for lousy service. If youre looking to TW for quality, DONT. Most of the DVRd shows are pixelated and difficult to complete watching. Merging 3 companies together is COSTLY to the CONSUMER.

Not sure where to begin, customer service is horrible, internet is slower then slow no matter what speed you choose and the prices are to high for what you get. They are a Monopoly in the area now so they leave no choices have Internet and cable or have nothing. Well nothing is starting to sound pretty good!!!!

Time Warner sucks! I just spent 1 1/2 hours HOURS on the phone and their Virtual Assistant "service" and got absolutely no where. The VT said I could save $34/mo and when I was transferred to a CS associate I was told no. $174/mo is outrageous. This is why cable companies are a dying breed.

Time Warner Cable is the worst. They send out eligibility Notifications on saving money than they know nothing about it and say your not eligible. I have 2 homes using time warner cable and spend over $270 monthly on these services. Time to move to Direct TV

Very poor service quality, always when you do need fast internet access it fails, buffering, drop connection. I hope I could have another choice. The spectrum is a horrible service, the only reason they do not loosen customers is by totally lack of choice.
