Just moved in Braintree, talked to a front desk woman, regarding sign up cable service,. But I met with cold face and was told will send someone to take a look at my property and never showed up. On the other hand, talked a lady in light energy saving program group, she is very nice and explained with patience and got thing done quickly.

Its over 30 hours now. Still cant access CBS and missed the Patriots game. VERY EMBARRASSED TO HOST A PARTY without the game. BELD- this is a VERY UNREASONABLE and UNACCEPTABLE WAIT for a Technical issue to be resolved.
