Worst experience every time I go there. I visit my parents in Canton about twice a year and I always end up needing something from Verizon. This store is a retailer (not corporate) and I also worked for a VZW retailer for nearly 2 years so Im well aware of what "can" and "cant" be done. The dark haired, dark eyed, Latina looking girl who is always there is the meanest, least helpful person Ive ever encountered in customer service. Every time Ive come to this store, she finds a reason to "send me to corporate." She doesnt pull up my account, she doesnt ask any questions or anything to try to help or even make money. Customers are an inconvenience to her, and its written all over her face. She was on her phone when I came in and I was nearly on top of her before she acknowledged me. I was going to purchase some things but she wasnt willing to help me exchange my faulty, brand new phone charger. She instead sent me out the door, essentially sending money out the door as well. I know its a commission only job, because Ive done the exact same job. But had she helped me with something small that would have taken 2 seconds, I would have bought something. If the boss/manager/whoever of this VZW retailer happens to read this review, please send your employees back to training or out the door.

I walked in. Was not greeted or anything. No hi or be right with you. The girl saw me because I was literally standing right in front of her. Im sure she was working on something but she said nothing. So she overlooked me and then proceeded to me a phone call, hung up with the customer on the phone and still did not say anything to me. A second customer walked in and she still overlooked me. So I proceeded to return my stuff by putting it on the table in front of her and asked if Im all set and even then, she hesitated to even talk to me. Worst customer service Ive encountered as of yet and I work in retail.
