The agents were not helpful at all. We entered the store and were standing at the door waiting for someone to help us. Nobody paid any attention to us. Finally an agent called us to his counter. No greeting, no small talk. I told him my address and he spend all the time looking at the computer screen. I had already set my service via an agent over the phone. I just needed to come in and show my ID to activate the service. He apparently activated it without telling me the details. I had asked the agent over the phone to ship my TV box and Internet starter kit to my apartment. The agent in store changed my order without even asking me about it. He got the TV box and gave it to me. I opened the box to see that the cable was too short and there was no splitter for TV and Internet connection. When I asked for the extension wire and splitter he told me he didnt have one. The lady next to me gave a splitter to a gentleman standing next to me. They were having a pleasant conversation in Spanish while I was being ignored. So when I asked for a splitter I was told that that was great last one. I asked if they could ship it me and they said no. The lady agent then has the audacity to ask me to buy a splitter. I told her I understand Spanish perfectly and I heard that she gave the splitter to the man next to me for free! She insisted on me buying the splitter! The agent who was actually looking at my account asked me to come a week later. How am I suppose to self activate my internet service without the proper apparatus. The agent expected me to walk out of the store with just a TV box and no way whatsoever to start the internet. Im never going back to this store!

Staff are nice. They just need to stop making a 10 min visit take an hour due to them having long conversations with customers. I went in there to pay my bill, and waited a good hour and a half due to a person who wasnt being served talking to a staff member as he worked. Also I wish they could do something about the line, when I go in there the line is pretty big, but what I dont understand is why dont they just make people take a number so we can sit and relax , who honestly wants to stand for an hour ? Overall its an ok store , like I said could be better but what cant be better eh?

BUT< BUT BUT Cox has lost all of my email off their server 5 times. The manager at Cox solutions Store aims to please and he does a good job! the technitions at the top level are super but!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cox internet is awful and is driving me crazy. If they lose your email you lose your contacts. In addition sometimes when sending mail they if the email address is not recognized my the address contacts they send you a message that your email isted they send you an email telling you they cant deliver your email. Unbelieveable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Paid for the highest internet package. Complained of slow download speeds. Was given the run around for months. Finally came out and repaired and was told I would get a refund for the difference between the service I was paying for and the service received. Never happened. 100 MB internet was great for the three months I had it but was overpriced and wasnt great the 9 months I was paying for it and getting 2 MB.

cox cable is just about money so as they push everyone though their cox cable process to save money on their behalf, Myself and most of everyone are purses to them that I verified with my own eyes. Do your homework before doing business with cox cable company because its an one way road to them once you get started with their service. Promo are to through you off of what your wanting for service.

Cox was ok until my deal was up and the increased my rates by 50% so like most cable providers I thought they would work with me. But they didnt want my business. I ended up with direct tv and full channel internet and Im paying 60 dollars less and Im getting the NFL package through Direct tv.

I was upset they did a hard inquiry on my credit without telling me. I found out when I ordered my credit report. Shame on them because it takes points of youre score and stays on your report for 2 years. They should be up front and honest
