Full Channel is hands down the worst cable and internet provider that I have ever had. There are always a few premium channels that are constantly down. Even though I have the supposed "high speed, 16 mbps" internet, speed test confirms that it is as low as 5 mbps at times. The global average for internet speed is ~10 mbps. It is embarrassing. Oh yes, the cable. There is no On Demand. Yup, thats right, no On Demand. AND, the cable costs more than verizon or comcast. If you want a movie, you have to go through Pay Per View. Remember Pay Per View? When you had to wait for the next time they play it on their schedule? Me neither. The staff that work there do not live in Warren, so they either have Verizon or Comcast. Their response to me not having HBOgo or On Demand? Direct quote: "Oh, its kind of overrated..." Sorry, I just got a migrane after typing it. So in conclusion, the company sucks. I would rather get a dish than sign another contract with this JV operation.

In the time i have had full channel i have never had a time where my cable has ever worked right. Today a friend came over to look at it and within 15 min he had solved the problem. The techs need to be better educated on trouble shooting and less just replacing parts or blaming old wiring. We went through a few boxes and were told going to a high def box may fix the problem. Obviously it did not solve the problem. Instead of trying to sell or upsell product just fix the problems that are expressed to staff.

Ive had Full Channel for over a year now and have always been extremely pleased with it. The service technician who installed it was very friendly, and all the people I have spoken to at the office are helpful and kind. I have cable and Internet through Full Channel and couldnt be happier!
