7/3/17 I was a little hesitant to go here from the reviews I read. When I arrived, there were about 10 people in line so I wasnt hopeful. The woman behind the counter, Sue, was helpful, friendly & pleasant to each person in line. She worked quickly, effectively & still made sure she asked if there was anything else they needed, asked if equipment was all functioning well. Fantastic customer service! Thanks!

Woman working named Judy when I went in to return our boxes was extremely rude and had a huge negative attitude. I have never seen a grown woman act so childish in my life. Never doing business with charter again especially at this location

Dropped off equipment on 6/5/2016, someone hates their job something fierce. Zero personality, Zero customer skills, Zero in the treat human beings like youd want to be treated department. Wish there were other options...

People that work here are rude. Also I think its stupid that you cant pay someone elses bill. You have to be on there account. How much freaking sense does that make.

Unfortunately they are the only choice. $50.00 a month for internet only? I thought monopolies were illegal in the USA. I guess not.
