Trying to save money doing 6month promos gets really annoying but if you pay for what you want all experiences have been great. Had internet trouble, paid for high speed and it was crawling and cutting out. They sent out a service crew and it turned out the line at the telephone pole was barely attached. They fixed it and Internet works great! Customer service has always exceeded expectation (when a human was on the line). Did not keep home phone line, the number I was originally assigned was non-stop collection calls to its previous owner including time warner cable collections. Other than that no intentions on changing providers. Previously had dish and the installation lead to leaky roof and hated not having signal during storms!!

I hate Time warner. Useless customer service System (the call center people are fine). Terrible internet service to boot. Call center system, again, is awful. There is no communication between stores (they cant even call up a store). My equipment that was sent to a store is lost forever(?) in some black hole and is never processed to credit my account. Months have gone by and my claims specialist from South Carolina, Pam, has never returned my calls. Its simple Pam, get in touch with the store where I returned the equipment. Or that store where I returned the equipment, which was provided all my account information, should turn in the equipment (given the letter I submitted clearly stated it was a turn in).

Only problem is internet we currently pay for the most expensive Internet for home and the speed is not what they advertise and in peak hours the speed slows to the point I cant even open YouTube on my cellphone!!! They claim to fix or credit but the problem is still there and its in the area I have noticed several other people complain as well......they need to fix this issue,its wrong SMH

Added TV for 20.00 per month. 10.00 for the service and 10.00 for the box. Ended up being 50.00 more per month when I received the first bill. Responded to an offer that I received in the mail. Told the offer did not apply to me even though it was addressed to my name. Can you spell bait and switch!!!

POOR POOR SERVICE. CAN NEVER WATCH A FULL EPISODE, MOVIE OR ANYTHING TO DO WITH INTERNET WITHOUT IT GOING IN AND OUT. NEVER EVER HAD THIS ISSUE UNTIL TWC MOVED TO SPECTRUM. It is crazy we pay what we pay to them monthly to never get a solids day of internet use. I will be switching.

Slow, laggy, disconnects..Worst cable service ever. In this area do yourself a favor and go with Dish TV or DSL. Aside from the lovely ladies in the nearby office, the customer service is horrible. Nobody knows when outages occur, etc, etc....
